Hey all!

Long time competitor and am excitedly marching toward November 20th, I am planning on solidifying a 523lbs Raw bench and 585 Squat.
Been a long road and competition snuck up on me! Whew, comes fast sometimes!

The current plan and why!

Happy to work with Steroidify on the tail end of this prep and appreciate of the community sponsors who supported the first half. Love sharing my journey with everyone. Slow and steady :)

The Cycle:
Testosterone: Will bump this to 500mg, up from 250mg.
Masteron: 600mg, this compound is great for neurological recruitment, little known fact :)
NPP: I needed something fast acting to help with fullness and general retention. Currently at 205lbs and plan to compete at 220lbs. Time to increase the calories and beef up the bodyweight a bit via pharma.

Supplemental:
Tren/halo: tail end androgen aggression. Will involve this in the last 4 weeks of prep

Dbol/Winni - I may take both lol, why?
Dbol will help with any last minute fullness if I fall short, also helps with strength
Winni is a bit of a strength drug, this is why its so popular in track and field. Helps with rate of force development.

Keep in mind, oral usage for me would be very short and acute. We are not talking long term use.

God competition prep always goes by so fast! Snuck up on me quick! This week I pivoted from hypertrophy work to force development work and more strength competition work.

Tuesday
Video sample of what a cluster set looks like. These are meant to be very explosive. Everything you have is going into that rep.


Wednesday:
Squat day, kept it simple and did 2 sets of heavy tripples.
Will increase volume next week :)

What a nice weekend! Wanted to share some clips.

Remember, when trying to get strong its not always about lifting heavier and heavier weights...sometimes its about moving "light" weights faster, better, and more violently.

Bench Day :) --- Essentially (review graphic above) will go up in load week to week and reps will dwindle

Dbol 10mg
Masteron E 600mg
Test E 500mg

Adding NPP Next week :) Have 10lbs more to fill out, could do 15 and just cut the last few and fill back out (24 hour weigh in).
Closer to comp I will also be adding Winstrol, for its benefits associated with neurology.

Would I run these dosages for long? no, this will be about 7 weeks in total.
Prior to this "blast" I was running 250 Test, 400 Masteron :) Which is simply a magical combination for etiher getting stronger OR Growing muscle... Stop listening to clowns.

Heck yeah brother! We got the same kind/color squat shoes. Love them shoes on leg day it just makes you planted to the ground and stable.

Bruh, I am beyond impressed with Steroidify's gear. Smooth, high quality, and my lifts are on fire.
Next week is my final max before competition and I am pretty pumped. Today 555 moved like butter.

This upcoming Saturday is max effort bench
Next Wednesday max effort Squat

Then we coast into the competition :)

Got my ass handed to me in competition. Just wasn't my day.

I feel bad that this thread was not all it was supposed to be for Steroidify, not because of the meet (shit happens) but I just didn't post as much content as I should have.

I will be continuing my log in a fresh thread, and sharing the next phase of my journey. I am not going anywhere :)

I will post the videos here shortly.

In short:
1) Poor nights sleep day before, I went from 212 to 223 on the day before the meet. Then had a hard time timing that with my sleep so I spent all night getting up to urinate. I woke up 216 which was good though, but not enough sleep
2) My squat, the bar was probably an inch higher than normal, when I started to grind I lost my back and therefor lost the squat. On my 3rd attempt I retook the same load and after grinding on the 2nd I just didn't have it.
3) On bench, honestly very surprised. My warmups and opener went amazing. Jumped from 480 to 518 on my 2nd (last meet I jumped 474 to 512) and 518 came up about 3-4 inches off the chest and I couldn't push through.

Definitely doing another, but want to get some quality training for 15-20 weeks under my belt.

I also want to shift my LBM so that I am closer to 220 from muscle and therefore have to manipulate my leverages via retention that much less.

Other than that I had a great time, the meet was well run. Just wasn't my day.

Idk which meets u do but I like when its 24 hrs ahead weigh ins. I had one nov 5th weighed in 197.6 was at 211 for meet. Always get shit sleep but this meet started at 6 pm. I did a wrpf meet. Called the freaks come out at night. The atmosphere made for an awesome meet

I have done 1 WRPF, the USPA is pretty big here in Florida and they do quite a bit of meets.
WRPF was doing events with Hybrid Performance but I believe that has changed.

Micah marino and fight or quit paired with wrpf and they ran the meet. There was a dj and lights and it was a show. Im up in Pa so uspa is big , rps. Ive done these 3 feds. And I hit my 573 3rd squat and it was record so i asked for my 4th attempt and missed 590.

Your bench demolishes mine Thats for sure. What weight class are ya and age. I was thinking of jumping in a uspa meet to qualify for nationals. Not for open class for 40-44

I am primarily a bench only guy, but I am chasing that 600 squat.
Age is 37 (38 this December) and walk around at 208lbs. Instead of cutting weight for meets I bloat up to the 220 class which allows me to be a smidge stronger than cutting.

Currently my goal, going into next comp is to change my walk around weight from 208 to 215 or closer to 220. but gaining that lean mass will take some time.
