my apologies for being absent the last 1-2 weeks. Just moved to my new home. A lot of work to do, honestly the first day I got time to have time to log in on the forum.

Bodyweight went up to as high as 109kg. I started a mini cut last week because i’m going on holiday for 10 days in September. When I’m back home it’s growing time again. But for now I wanted to be in a solid shape for holiday :p. Already was in good shape but just clean up the bloat and stuff. Since I have been busy it in the new house the last week and moved a lot i really lost a lot of water weight.

Food intake right now:
4600 kcals (legdays) high
4300 kcals (Push and Pull days) medium
4000 kcals (restdays) low

Cardio:
30 min fasted on the bike / 6 days week
10k steps daily

Peds (swapped npp for mast p since last week):
600mg test e / week
500mg Primo / week
400mg Mast / week
4 iu hgh ED
15 iu lantus / day
8 iu novorapid pre / 12 iu post workout

Will be updating more frequent right now!

Too much bro science out there and people think certain compounds need to be used for different phases. All these compounds accrete protein at the same rate (protein synthesis). So you can bulk with any of these compounds. The only reason people use mast prop, primo Ace, tren Ace, etc in prep is because they don’t aromatize as much or at all like long acting esters so less water retention etc. All of those compounds can be used for bulking. Long acting esters are preferred in bulk because they are higher milligram and don’t have to pin as often. I love using Mast and Primo in offseason. Mast helps with E2 regulation as well so typically don’t have to run AI or not near as much.

That’s one reason but also a different pathway to access. Mast is a DHT derivative and so is Primo. 19-Nors are another pathway you can tap into as well. Deca/NPP, Tren and Ment. Many opinions out there but I tend to use less overall and utilize as many pathways as possible. The image below are all the different pathways we can target for growth.

I’m picking up what ur putting down as far as the “pathways”. Very interesting. I had no idea why people used other compounds aside from the broscience-y stuff. Thank you very much for your time.

I just don’t like deca, I’ve run it several times but I’m holding to much water on it and my mood isn’t in a good place on it. NPP no issues so the last few times i used NPP during my bulk with the addition of test and primo.

Mast and primo both are DHT derivatives that help with estrogen control. You can both use them in pretty high doses without a lot of side effects. They have been studied for decades and they do work in building muscle. If you’re training your balls of and you’re in a calorie surplus you’ll gain quality muscle no question ;)

No more explanation needed! This is what i
mean. People nowadays still think mast and primo are “cutting” compounds… they can be used in any phase. I also know people who run npp and oxy during a cut and those compounds would be you typical “bulking compounds..

Holiday is over and PSL came with a new care package! Once again thanks to PSL for providing me with the best gear, best service for years.

New plans are being made, it's time to get big. First week after holiday i did a little recomp, calories around where i left for vacation. Right now i'm starting with a slight surplus. Let's see what the scale does, otherwise we will increase calories even more. Few weeks on lower peds, i'll do bloodwork in about 4 weeks, if everything is fine we'll start with a new pushfase. Thinking about increasing my protein a little bit more first before anything else since Milos is preaching about it in almost every podcast and most BB benefit from it. We'll see.

Back at it again! Started a new pushfase since bloods came back G2G last week.

Changed up training also, i’m doing a more high volume program right now from John Meadows called The Gamma Bomb. I’ve ran it a few times with great results. When the lower volume approach is boring me i’m always going back to this program.

First 6 weeks is focussed on upper body, then 1 week deload and other 6 weeks is focus on lower body.

Update:

First week back to lower calories after 17 weeks in a surplus. Man feels good to eat a little bit less. Ended the bulk with 6000 calories on training days and 5000 on non training days. Bodyweight went up to an all time high of 118kg / 260 lbs.

Didn’t want to push it any further with calories and wanted to give my digestion a little break so time for a little mini cut. Backed down my calories to 4500 calories on training days and 3800 on non training days.

Gear changed up also:
Test e 600mg EW
Primo 400mg EW
Mast e 400mg EW
HGH 6 iu daily
Novarapid 5-10iu pre & post WO

Cardio:
30 min fasted on the bike 6x PW

Weighttraining:
5 days a week (legs, chest & shoulders, rest back, arms, repeat).
 
Weight dropped quickly the first 2 weeks! 10 lbs the first week and another 4 lbs in the second. Was to be expected. Lost a lot on f water weight. Workout have been great though, still able to progress and got some PR’s here and there. Sleep improved massively and that’s doing my recovery good. Last few weeks i was snoring loud as fuck to the point i got sleep apnea again. I’m not able to sleep with the CPAP unfortunately ><.

Changes in made this week:

Kcals intake on training days 4200
Kcals intake on rest days 3500

I’ll be adding clen at 20mcg per day, yohimbine at 20mg pre fasted cardio and GW-0742 since of today. Gear dosages will be the same. Let’s see how fast i can get shredded

Update:

Week 5 on the cut is complete! It’s going better than expected. I think 3 more weeks and i’m primed and ready for a new growth phase. But i’ll be cruising for a little while keep kcals at a slight surplus and go from there. Got bloods planned end of April and if everything is good i’ll go for another push phase.

Back to the cut. From week 3 to 5 the only changes i made is that i dropped my carbs with 50gr carbs every single week (200 kcals) and increased the clen from 20mcg all the way up to 80mcg where it will stay. That kept fatt loss in a good spot. Lost around 1kg a week. I also took out primo and added more masteron. The 15ml EP mast e is by far the best mast i ever used. It’s just super smooth and i got zero pip from it. I also added in Anavar at 50mg/day. Very good pumps and strenght increase right away and the cosmetic look it brings is great! Last thing i added was Yohimbine at 20mg before fasted cardio. Performance in the gym is still very high, strenght didn’t go down at all so that’s a good sign. I’ll be making some pics from the current shape this week and i’ll be updating it ;) currently at 107kg with 7-8% bf i guess.

Gear right now up also:

Anavar 50mg ED

Yohimbine 20mg before fasted cardio

PSL TD!

The new 15ml test e and mast e are my favourites. Never had smoother gear, just zero pip. Less mg/ml but all worth it tbh!

Turinabol is something i’m going to experiment with in my next pushfase, anyone got experience with it liked it or not?
 
Last weeks shape update! Week 8/8, finished at 103-104kg bodyweight. Definitely added some muscle since last time being this lean. A solid 3-4kg i might say.

Time to slowly increase calories and go for a long growth phase. End of May i got blood work and echocardiogram and calcium test planned to see if everything is still good.

For now i’m just running some test and mast 400mg/ 400mg a week with 4 iu of GH everyday.
