Since today (the last 25 days of prep) i swapped just winstrol for the EP summer cutting cycle (20mg winstrol & 30mg anavar per pill) using 2 pills a day. I might bump the winstrol to 60mg for the last 2 weeks.

First day on the halotestin and wow, 20mg 1 hour before the workout and the muscles felt rock hard. Strenght was up, while being on 50gr of carbs a day… powerfull all i have to say right now. Excited what the upcoming 13 days on this stuff will bring.

Last legday of the prep is in the books and it was a good one!

Shape is improving daily. This was one of the pics of this mornings fasted check in to my coach. Bodyweight 98kg so making weight won’t be an issue.

Peak week has started!

No more cardio, i got 4 consecutive high carb days because my body keeps burning threw everything. Weight is at an all time low of 97kg.

Today i did the following workout:

BACK (30/04/22)
Straight bar cable pulldowns
2 sets 10-15

Single arm HS pulldowns
1 set 6-9
1 set 10-15

Wide grip HS iso lateral row
1 set 6-9
1 set 10-15

HS low row
1 set 6-9
1 set 10-15

T-bar rows
1 set 6-9
1 set 10-15

Upper back pulldowns
1 set 6-9
1 set 10-15

Cable curls
3 sets 12-15

Leg raises
4 sets to failure

Last upperbody session today! Just getting a pump in everything and that’s it.

Really with the conditioning where i’m in right now. Time to fill out!

Yesterday was gameday!

Damn the show was a bigggg mess, unfortunately bodybuilding was last of the day so it made it very difficult to peak. I was on stage around 0:00 o clock… and the shittiest thing was because everything was delayed the made 1 class of the light heavyweight, heavyweight And superheavy weight. I still don’t know what i did place at the novice class.

At the Regionals i got second place in the heavyweight and got myself a card to participate in a pro qualifier.

Even though it was poorly organized I enjoyed the day and got some very delicious treats post show. Today i ate everything i want and tomorrow it’s back to the grind!

Goal now is to do a recovery phase, about 8 weeks i’ll do bloodwork and i’ll go for a ECG to see if everything is G2G.

Time to do a clean rebound and make improvements!

Plus you can do a pro qualifier now! I hate when shows go like that or delay . Nothing you can do. How bout that Halo ! You had fun, you looked great and now more experienced. Super Looking Build Rigeu!
