I do alot of walking .for 15 minutes in my sleep my pulse dropped to 58. It jumped up to 60 the highest it got that hour was 65. When I woke up it was 61. .
The other night I was Standing and lightly walking from the couch to the kitchen and it stayed at 60 . Until I went down 3 flights of stairs then back up it got up to 93..

Resting normally on the couch is around 68-72 sleeping it drops to low 60s

Should I be worried?

I didn't know if this should get posted in diet exercise or what so it's here in the pit

No clot shots
No meds
Had 5 lemon cough drops

That is a perfectly normal resting heart rate, optimal even. Nothing to worry about imo. Resting heart rates can vary from the 50s all the way to 100
I know when it gets under 70s I feel like dur but then I get up and move and feel fine. I was just a bit worried. My mom's husband had to have his heart shocked 2 or 3x to get on rhythm. I didn't know if I should be concerned

Thank u bro

When I was in the Sand Box I had a resting HR of 38...sleep tracker would sith there as well. Get up and move and depending on temperature and hydration status I would easily jump into the 90's. The more Cardio you do the lower your exercise and resting rates can POTENTIALLY go.

Ahh thank you . I was told before it was bradycardia. My bp is normally like 140/85 with a sitting up heart rate of low 70s .

Sir, yes!, You are most welcome.
I believe this is because the majority of people in the world are obese and out of shape, thus everything is tailored to them. We are the one percent. Furthermore, you would have symptoms that would be noticeable, in my opinion. I'm actually jealous.

Walk 35-52 miles a week and walk backwards 1000 steps a day. I just worry of my health . I have a large battle coming up and need to be in top top shape.

BTW non carbed 192 pounds
Totally carbed completely bloated 202 pounds
Depending on the time of day I have 4 abs visible or two

Would laying completely flat make a difference? I sleep on a floor

At 38 I'd be afraid to sleep. I get like that when my pulse is low 60s I'm normally like eh ill eat and see if it raises

No your good, believe it or not.. My sleeping heart rate is 42 on average. When I thought I was having heart problems they made me wear this device for 2 weeks. They told me my heart rate was low when I sleep but there is nothing to worry about.

140/85 is stage 2 hypertension. There are many different medications. What were you taking?
Sounds like you were on a beta blocker.

OP I’d say your HR sounds like it’s in a good range. When completely off gear my resting HR is between 48-52. On gear I range from 58-65 resting HR.

Most have been more concerned with my low resting HR and always ask if I do a lot of cardio. I’ve had many EKGs and every one has been flawless.

I do take meds for high BP. Just 10mg Lisinopril daily helps keep me in range.

My wife on the other hand has a resting HR of like 90 but has very low, sometimes dangerously low BP.

resting HR of 160? diastolic of 165?

nah you don't need BP meds. it just magically decided to be 140/85. couldn't be the half life of the med tapering off...

maybe you should prophesy a stroke instead of the blasphemy you claim to prophesy

They tried telling me I had one. I told them give me a 5 hour energy ! I HAD high calcium. Causes same problem as a stroke but temporary. My pulse high score is 194. My low score Is 53 .
I walked to lower my calcium and my bp kidney stones and frozen arm got better.
I prayed and God showed me my calcium was high. Then he told me to walk !

When you get the pain, does it hurt if you move your arm or touch the area? If you push on it when it hurts, does it relieve the pain or make it worse? Is there any shortness of breath, dizziness or lightheadedness associated with the pain? What makes it feel better? What makes it feel worse? Does it go away with rest? These are just some of the questions. Your doctor will ask so go see him or her.

So I did some reading those with hypo thyroid can have heart beats 10-20 beats slower than normal. My most recent blood work my tsh was 1.31 . It doubled. It was 0.663.

How do I increase my tsh to maybe 2?

I prayed about it . I'm gonna sit at home and train for a few days. Walk less . More physical training with weights and body weight exercises.
My God isn't a statue or piece of wood . He's living breathing all mighty all powerful and I'm his son.

What do u believe in ? Which one makes more sense bro ?
