Here is how I did it... I was sitting around 100 posts forever and really wanted to head to church. I set a goal of 4 months of active , quality pots and I became and active, contributing member. I clicked on new posts and commented, started posting legit questions in 40 and over group. Took me about 3 months and I’m still posting.

Got my list last week and placed first order. I’ve legit not read many, if any negative reviews on his stuff. Maybe I’ll be a lifelong customer, maybe GC will be in rotation, for me it was worth the posts

JD1155 has the right approach, nothing worth having in life comes easy. If does come easy it ends up being more trouble than its worth. If you want something bad enough, youll put the work in and make it happen. Now added getting to 500 posts to my list of goals. Time to get to work...

I'm still learning - A LOT - and as I continue to learn I will feel more confidant when replying. It will take me a while to get to the 500 mark, but when I do, I will have gained much more valuable info from the Team here.

Will a smaller number of posts with higher "humor content" be considered? By the time I reach 500 posts, they'll be offering deep-sea tours of the OceanGate wreckage.

I would focus on quality not quantity - I think they all count, but I would take the time to research, respond to posts and ask questions if you can't find the answer. Then all of a sudden, you have the posts or time in!! GC is one of the best out there and I can imagine it's going to be worth the time we invest.

I made a post below some time ago

I was around 100 posts and really wanted to order from GC. I started posting daily and had a goal of 4 months I believe. I shot for 3-5 responses/ posts daily. It’s not hard since the board is very active. Any time I had a question, I posted in 40 and over section and learned a ton. Getting 500 posts really isn’t too tough

There are plenty of other options around for you. 500 posts is both for your benefit as well as GC.

I understand, but things are different at my age. I'm 62 years old and way past my prime. The pic of me in my initial "New Members" post was as far as I ever pushed my body building. Back in 2005 people used to post highly exaggerated photoshopped pics of body builders that we all laughed at in the forums because they were so ridiculous. Now people actually look like that! Rich Piana and Greg Kovacs look like those frickin' photoshopped pics! ... No doubt the new guys will still want to beat these physiques, so on and on it goes.

To me, it's all gone completely nuts! Back when I was on SonsOfIron and TheSourceCheck, there was a commonly shared sense of caution and restraint. Now it's just a free-for-all. ... Everybody does whatever they want!

All I can do is what I did back in those days and offer some "dial it back" advice to the gear extremists, but people didn't want to hear it back then, and they CERTAINLY don't want to hear it now. The next ASF member who followed me in the "New Members" forum listed himself as 36 years old and had been juicing for the past 16 years. That means he started at age 20! To me, that's just crazy! Someone at age 20 who couldn't even legally buy a beer and had no idea about "life" was shoving needles in his ass. ... That's the "new reality" of body building to which I'm now an absolute dinosaur.

I refuse to spam up a forum with insincere words just to generate a satisfactory post count, and typing out 500 "dial it back" posts is like suffering a Sisyphean eternity of reading about people destroying their health for five or so years of looking totally jacked-up. ... I just can't do that!

I really like GC because my past experience tells me this sponsor is high-quality and safe, but I have way too little to offer to meet their post requirements and I can't bring myself to post a bunch of nonsense just to get there.

... It is what it is.

No, not even close! My only goal was scoring chicks. I didn't want to move past a certain level of physique and my weekly dose was commensurate with achieving that goal. But the doses others were doing seemed crazy to me. I had health concerns over my rather modest cycles, and then others would post cycles that were five times the amount I was doing. Plus, they were tossing in extreme amounts of orals along with it.

I concede that I would never get to the level of physique others were achieving based on my wimpy doses, but I don't know how they could use that much gear and not even worry about it.

Well, I'm averaging about one post per day, so I should reach the required 500 posts amount by November of 2024. ... It's either that or spam-up the forums.

If your 62 and have been in this game a long time then you have much to contribute to the new folks. Feel free to post up and give your two cents....500 posts will be here before you know it. Just contribute and let's regroup at some point soon.
