Looking To make a change.
32 In December.
Wife and kids.
Wouldn't say I'm fat but there's definitely room for improvement.
Wouldn't say I'm muscular but for someone who works out irregularly I consider myself cock strong.
Combat veteran turned construction worker, pipe welder specifically so toting around weight is something I do regularly .
Have a decent garage gym by my standards (power rack, bench, barbell, trap bar, curl bar, dumbbells up to 50, plenty of plates)
I want to do a nice beginner cycle, have somewhat of an idea of what it would consist of but would appreciate the help of those with experience.
Not looking for anything crazy or to be a mass monster, just want to be considered beastly by the general population.

220 with my approximation of BF% being somewhere between 16-19 based on InBody scans from 2 years ago
Don't even know where to get a good supply as I don't have an actual gym membership with any trustworthy contacts
Hoping someone here can take me under their wing and guide me in the right direction.

I really appreciate all the responses here! I’ve found this place to be a wealth of knowledge and supportive, like minded folks. I’ve been going through the subs like crazy and feel like I’ve learned more in a couple weeks than I did over the course of years looking on and off. I’ve decided to go with a first cycle of test cyp and anavar as well as a full pct with hCG, Clomid, nolva, and arimidex throughout to keep levels in check. I still have so much to learn so any input is still welcomed. I had my bloods done about 2 months ago, test was embarrassingly low and estradiol was high as I suspected. I’ve been focusing on cleaning my diet up as well as getting my caloric intake up the past couple weeks and started a push/pull/legs program geared towards strength to sort of “prime" myself to make maximal gains when I start my cycle. My wife wants me to try to knock her up one last time before I get it going, Sad I have to wait that long to start now but I'll gladly oblige my ol' lady. So my cycle is gonna be 12 weeks, starting out at 200mgs of test a week until I work up to 400. gonna run Anavar the last 3 weeks at 50mgs/day. arimidex twice/week or every third day at 1mg starting week 2. Get bloods done somewhere around week 8 before I start the anavar just to see how it's gone. Then pct 2 weeks after my last pin with clomid at 50mgs /day for two weeks then down to 25/day for two more and nolva at 40mgs/day for 2 weeks and down to 20/day for two more. I also have hCG to throw in the mix, 11,000 IU vial and bac water to mix it with. gonna run it at 400 IU EOD until it runs out, just don't know if I should start after my last pin of test or wait until the test has cleared my body and then start pinning the hCG. Like I said, it's still my first cycle, I'm definitely open to suggestion. Just wanted to take the time to let everyone know how much this forum has helped and what my plans are. May not need that estrogen blocker. That’s a strong one
The Arimidex? I got it more for an as needed basis. Especially because when my bloods got done my test was so low, I figured running 400mgs/test a week definitely had the potential to send my body in to shock so to speak. and with my estradiol already being high I figured it would probably make me more prone to estrogenic side effects. Just wanted to be safe rather than sorry.
