I had an awesome training session today. Everything felt right, pump was unreal, and felt like I could've doubled every weight I used.
Thinking of swapping out the skullcrushers because my elbows take a beating on those. If I did it would be something like an overheard rope extension. Similar range of motion but easier on the elbows.
One meal left for today that I'll have once I put my son down for bed. Felt good to be able to eat again. Being sick sucks and to top it off I think I have a sinus infection. If my hearing doesn't come back fully in a day or two I'll need to take my ass to the doctor's for some antibiotics. I'm not letting that hold me back from dieting or training though. I'm done making excuses for myself.
