Well if it ain't one thing it's another. I got some kind of cold. Stuffy nose and scratchy throat. I'm not the guy to go to the gym and spread it around so I'll be taking the rest of the week off from the gym to recover. I'll still be eating on plan of course.

I do have a set of adjustable dumbells laying around. I might do full body stuff to keep the routine going. I honestly feel like crap though so it's probably better to rest.
You're better than I am with your diet. I have been sick for most of the week, and during that time I had to force myself to eat whatever I could just to have a small calorie intake. I likely have not not consumed a day's worth of calories all week despite eating small amounts of ice-cream and soups saturated in salt and fat.

I'm feeling a little better today, but I'm still not hungry. I have no desire to eat. I am forcing myself to eat, and I feel overfull.

Off day. Not feeling too sore today. I scheduled a call with my doctor about the potential sinus infection. I can barely hear our my left ear.

One meal left which will go down when I put my son to bed.

I need some new seasoning and sauce recommendations. For seasoning I use a lot of the Frank's Red Hot blends. For sauces I typically use G. Hughes or Sweet Baby Ray's sugar free.
Cajun seasonings and Old Bay add flavor to anything they touch. When that gets old, lemon sprinkled over bland food gives it some life. Garlic is a proven flavor generator, and it's healthy.

If I am going to prep chicken, turkey, or pork for meals I like to brine the meat for about 24 hours in the flavor profile of my choice. Instead of using the oven, or just grilling meat, I fire up the smoker for a nice, robust smokey flavor.

A great idea for snacks is to learn how to make jerky. Extremely healthy whole food protein snack. The flavor profiles are endless, and any meat can be turned into jerky.

I don't know what to say guys. I really didn't think anyone cared. Things have just been stressful at home. Between work, fatherhood, and money being super tight. Diet has been all over the place. I don't want a pity party by any means, just saying what's been holding back.

Seeing this lit a fire under my ass. I am hitting the gym tomorrow. No excuses.

I wish I had a smoker. I'd use it all the time. I love to cook.

I love jerky but I've never tried making my own. I look into it!

Well I went to the gym today. A little back and bi action to get into the swing of things. Workout was decent all things considered.

Unfortunately found out my gym is closing in early December. So now I'm on the hunt for a new gym.

Hell yeah brother! Back and arms for me as well today 💪🏼 just get the consistency back man, within a week you’ll be hooked again.

What’s the reason for your gym closing?

The owner wasn't there so I couldn't ask. He has another location too so I think he's just closing this one. It's not in a prime location so I'm assuming slow business.

In losing my gym beginning of dec as well.

We are moving work locations, and I lose access to the on site gym.

Probably going back to the home gym set up, we will see though.

Going to be switching up my diet this week. I really need to pick up the fat loss and will be moving to keto diet. I do more of a Palumbo/Atkin's style keto diet. I've done this style of diet in the past with much success.

I'll need to close my Gym membership before the 10th to avoid the yearly charge.

Gym membership prices are absolutely nuts right now. I had a really good deal at my current gym that I got grandfathered into years back. There are two great gyms in my area but they are both $70 monthly which I just can't put towards a gym membership right now. There is a local city funded gym that I'm considering. The equipment is the basics (all you need) and it's under $20 a month. Either that or Planet Fitness...

Still using @P_Labs Test Cyp going on week 7 now at 200mg. No issues and I feel great. I've kept the Arimidex in at 2x/week at .5mg each pin day.

I plan to add in some EP Proviron at 25mg/day from PSL (Shoutout @Vision :giggle:). After a week of this I will most likely pull the Arimidex.

Bloods will be pulled around the 10 week mark.

Guys have been getting fit forever without fancy gyms. Basic can sometimes be beneficial to really focusing on good form and foundation lifts. I added Proviron to my cycle and it does give you a good sense of well being and I feel more filled out. Keep up the good work!

Hey brother, keep pressing forward man, and keep doing your thing, and if you're having any issues with the gym man and your budget is a little bit tight for the weeks or the two months ahead, let me know bro I'm willing to help you out there and cover the charge of your gym for another month or two just because I can ;)
We don't want to see you stop or get derailed or have any setbacks..

You're too kind man. I couldn't accept that however. You have done way too much for me!

I will keep pressing forward as a way to pay you back for the kindness and generosity you've already shown 🙏

Brother, this is just how I am bro it's how I'm wired man.
I try to be of service to the best of my ability to others and those around me, to all of those not only in this community but other areas in life that have given me so much.
This community has been amazing to me and I will continuously give back to the community and everyone involved as much as I possibly can.

I hear you brother. I'm the same way. Like you said we have a lot in common. I want to give back to this community as well. I just haven't thought of how to do it yet. The people here have really kept my head up during these dark times.
