That's great bro..I need day of rest..tomorrow off for me ..may get to sleep extra hr or 2 if I'm lucky 😆
Yeah training 3x a week is doing good for me right now. I'm almost always fully recovered before each workout.

My job on the other hand... wish they would give me a day to recover 😂

Destroyed legs. I was waddling out the gym.

Yesterday's leg workout.

Had Chinese for my cheat with the lady. Same weight as yesterday so no damage done.

Feeling great today, full, legs a little sore though but to be expected!

Nice bro..I think it's crazy when I will cheat or overindulge on weekend day I definitely sleep better & longer and wake up actually dropping little more weight than usual

Same come Monday I'll have dropped 2 pounds. It's like taking one step back to take two forward. Helps with the mental aspect too because I'm a foodie.

Im usually not physically fatigued, but every once in a while Im not mentally there. I will just do extra cardio that day and then the next day Im ready to lift again and into it.

Things should slow down at work after this week. I'm just going through the motions trying not to lose habit again. This is where I usually fail and I can't let it happen again.

I feel stupid even writing this. I fell off the wagon again, not just in terms of dieting. My other vices got me again. Drained my bank account. I can't even get chicken breast right now. My family is taken care of, nothing ever trumps them, always first.

I'll be "restarting" again Monday as I get paid Friday and can get food. I'll be using the next few days to reflect and figure out why I did it again.

I let you guys down, my family down, and worst of all myself down.

Drop the shame my guy it feels productive but it isn’t.

What is productive is learning from your relapse, and moving on.

When this happens to me, I try to identify the tigger, what negative emotion or underlying issue I am trying to avoid and work on improving those.

Shame doesn’t help.

You’re only human, we make mistakes, we learn and we grow.

This too shall pass.

Yes I'm trying to look within to see why I do the things I do. How I justify my actions.

This is just a setback.

I may take a few days off work (paid) to really relax and get back in the right state of mind.

I hear you man. The guilt and shame eat me alive. I need to find a good coping mechanism.
