I like aromasin better,if that's what u have use it before that shit gets out of hand
It's worked in the past. I occasionally get little flair ups on a cruise. This protocol always did the trick.

I actually prefer Adex to Asin. It seems to work better for me 🤷‍♂️

No worries. I'm only taking 200mg Test Cyp right now.
U ever added little proviron or mast w that dose?..may help with some issues..1st things 1st Def get that gyno under control,

I have in the past with good results. I love Mast/Primo/Proviron (not all at thr same time) in a TRT+ protocol.

I do have some good Primo on hand that I could add. Maybe in a few weeks, I'll play it by ear.

I had an awesome training session today. Everything felt right, pump was unreal, and felt like I could've doubled every weight I used.

Thinking of swapping out the skullcrushers because my elbows take a beating on those. If I did it would be something like an overheard rope extension. Similar range of motion but easier on the elbows.

One meal left for today that I'll have once I put my son down for bed. Felt good to be able to eat again. Being sick sucks and to top it off I think I have a sinus infection. If my hearing doesn't come back fully in a day or two I'll need to take my ass to the doctor's for some antibiotics. I'm not letting that hold me back from dieting or training though. I'm done making excuses for myself.

What did everyone else train today? If you didn't train, how was your day overall?

Hopefully work gets better. I work a high stress job as well so I know the feeling. But as men we gotta do what we gotta do to provide.

Off day. Not feeling too sore today. I scheduled a call with my doctor about the potential sinus infection. I can barely hear our my left ear.

One meal left which will go down when I put my son to bed.

I need some new seasoning and sauce recommendations. For seasoning I use a lot of the Frank's Red Hot blends. For sauces I typically use G. Hughes or Sweet Baby Ray's sugar free.

I use rays too,low sodium soy at times,ofcourse hot sauce 😋
Really I season with alot of real not powder
Garlic & onions..etc..

Oh BTW since you asked yesterday back day went really well.used to do back & biceps but elbows would be killing me when I got to biceps.really focus on back now,

I love sautéed veggies too but it's hard to prep. They get way too soggy. If I had more time in the day I'd probably add more of them.

You know never felt it when I did chest &tri,but back/bi day after pulldown, seated rows, etc when got to curls it fn killed me.hurt for couple days...so now I do chest/bi & shoulders/tri,legs & back have there own day.recently switched to this setup..I like it,works for me.

Back and bis today. Starting to really get into the groove mentally. Haven't felt this good in a while. Taking it one day at a time!

Another really good training session. Today's pump was sponsored by Cialis :ROFLMAO:

I usually only take it before sex but all the threads lately about using it before the gym made me do it, call it peer pressure :LOL:

Got all my meals in, did my cardio, trained, and even ended up getting some from the old lady ;)

Today was a good day :)

Also, gyno is feeling a lot better. Nolva and Adex doing it's job. Will discontinue both after this week, if it flares up again, will add the Adex back in until I get blood work (roughly 3 weeks) to check out my levels.
