I figured I better jump on here and give an update. I had intended to jump on Tuesday evening and when I got home from work Tuesday evening I'll be bamn if my internet wasn't out. Man, you talk aboput a boring quiet night, I stream everything on tv so no cable. It's amazing teh things we sometimes take for granted!!

Anway, got into the gym on Tuesday and hit pecs and tris. It was a decent lift and I felt as though I did a good job of tearing down the fibers, but still lifting light and isolating. My workout was as follows...

Smith Flat - 135x20, 155x15, 185x10, 205x8, 135x10 (negative w/ explosive concentric)
Dumbbell Flat - 45x12x4
Dumbbell Pullovers - 50x15x4
Standing Incline Cable Flies - 20x15x4
Cambered Bar Skull Crushers -30x15x4
Straight Bar Press Downs -30x12x4
Hammer Strength Seated Dips - 40x12x4

I look for the Dbol to really start kicking in this next week, I'm already starting to see that I'm beginning to look much fuller and this is only the second week of my run, 14 more to go. @P_Labs oils are smooth as always, draws nicley and pins nicley as well. I've never had any PIP from any of his injectables and I've pinned 1ml of tren, mast, test, and Arol in the past all in one pin and no problems.

The only issue I've had thus far is aromitization. I started to notice some tenderness in the left nipple and my mamory gland was a bit swollen. I've been taking 12.5mg of Aromasin on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I haven't used Aromasin for years and remebered it being effective for me. I typically take Adex which I get from my NP so it's pharma, but on my last few cycles I was feeling as though maybe I was starting to aclimate to it as I had a hard time keeping E2 down. Therefore, I decided to give the Aromasin a run. I'm rethinking it now and I'm going to fall back on the Adex. I dropped 2mg this morning with all of my other supps. I'll now start running 1mg on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday until I can assess when I get my next round of bloods.

I'm going to start meal prepping beginning this weekend as I'm struggling to get the calories in me eating on a whim. I need to start taking extra food with me to work to ensure I'm staying fed. I'm going to try and get to a neighboring town here soon the have an In-body test completed to know my basil metabolic rate and work from there. I'm guessing right now though that I'm somewhere around 2300 calories at rest.

A question for everyone.......

WHO EATS LARRY AND LENNY'S PROTIEN COOKIES AND WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHT AS FAR OVERALL BENEFITS AND/OR CONS?

Used to eat those a lot. Not so much anymore but I still enjoy them!

I would say more con then benefit if your dieting. I don’t remember exactly but there is lots of sugar or something in those.

Tasty treat though.
 
Got into the gym on Frdiay after work and hit back and bi's with the infamous @sqrlz79. To be honest I've typically been the guy for years who has preferred to not lift with a partner. I know there are certainly benefits in terms of being pushed harder and getting those last few forced reps in, but frankly the times I have attempted to lift with a partner I found it to be burdensome. Typically those whom I've lifted with in the past didn't have the level of motivation I have, at times I'm waiting for them to get to the gym, and my time is valuable, I don't have time to wait around on someone. However, I've been lifting with @sqrlz79 for probably close to a couple of years now and it's been a pretty solid expoerince. Not to be sexist or anything :nono: but I just didn't think I would have found such a dedicated and hard working partner in a female. She is as solid as they come and she works hard in the gym!! All that said, we had a great workout and hit each of those muscle groups really hard!!

Yesterday was a rest day as I typically have to run a lot of errands for my mom. As I have shared my mom is now living with me and she is on hospice having recently been diagnosed with endometrial cancer. I work such long hours through the week that I don't really get her out of the house so Saturdays are typically store days and taking her out to do something special. I did however get all of my meal prep work in which took me a few hours. I'm hoping this approach with meal prepping will allow for me to get in the extra claories I need while also helping me to eat cleaner. I typically eat fairly clean anyway but I do eat some shit at times throughout the week. Shit being like some cheesburgers and fries. :banghead:

Yesterday I cooked up some chicken with peppers and onions over some jasmine rice with quinoa, I got a littel sideways and went with some cauliflower in cheese sauce. I also baked a couple of salmon planks and added the salmon to a bed of jasmine rice with quinoa. I'm struggling to get the pics posted on this thread regardless of how small I'm making the file, I'll try to post them up seperately.

Anyway, I'll be heading to the gym here in a bit to hit my wheels......

Your muscles won't care how much weight your lifting, only that you're training them enough and providing them stimulus.
The weight you lift only matters to a certain degree.

I figured I better jump on here and update the log as it's been a week since I've posted anything. For any of you that know me and my logs, this is completely abnormal. My logs are usually very robust with almost daily updates, logging workouts, meals, stats, reviews on the products I'm running, and etc. However, as I have already identifed on the log, my mother is now living with me on hospice after having been diagnosed with endometrial cancer. Let me tell you it requires a lot of my time, tugs at my emotions, and creates a lot of other conflicts in a multitude of areas.

I had started this log/run just before finding out my mother had cancer, and I was pretty stoked with getting back to the swing of things having let myself go for quite some time. That said, I'm committed to this run and attempting to juggle it all. For one getting into the gym helps with my emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and just overall esteem as I had really gotten into my head with how I was looking.

So, I'm going to get legs in this afternoon when I have someone to set with mom this afternoon. Once I blast them today, I will have gotten everything in for the week which I'm grateful for. It's been just over 1 month since I began this run, and for the most part I'm content with where I'm at all things considered. I feel as though the gear is really starting to show itself now as everything I'm on is a long ester for the most part. The Proviron coupled with the Dbol and Deca appears to be having a nivce synergistic effect.

I think I might have mentioned earlier in the log, but this is the lowest doses of both test and deca that I have ever ran.I'm used to running my test around 750ml to 1 gm/wk. The Deca is typically around 600-750ml/wk. One thing about @P_Labs gear is I always have grfeat reults regardless of the compound, dose, protocol, it's just a solid product through and through!!!:clapping: I've still got 12-weeks on this run and I have no doubt that I will end up getting back to where i want to be physiologically, mentally, well, the jury iss stillout on that giving everything thatI'm contending with in my life right now.

Due to having to give everyone in my hiuse a break with setting with mom, I'm going to have to change my schedule up a bit which will be as follows.

Thursday - Pecs (AM)
Friday - Back (PM)
Saturday - Shoulders (Mid Day)
Sunday - Legs (Mid Day)
Monday -Arms (PM)
Tuesday - Rest
Wednesday - Rest

I'm still struggling with bgetting the food in me that I would like to be getting. To be honest I seriously doubt that I'm in a surplus on most days, and in fact, probably at a defecit at times. NOT GOOD AT ALL!!!! I know I need to be in a surplus to truly be growing like I hope to be. I will continue to try and improve upon this this week and hoepfull get into a groove. I was really hoping that the Dbol would be causing me to eat more, but I'm just not seeing that like I have in all of my past runs with Dbol. I'm guessing a lot of it just has to do with teh stress in my life I'm dealing with from day to day. I did weigh myself for the first time since starting teh run and I was at 201.6 this morning dry. I'm guessing I probaly have put on a few pounds over the course of the last 4 weeks.

I plan to drop the Dbol here in a few weeks and runit for a tital of 6 weeks. I'll continue to run all of the other coupounds as I stated inmy opening thread. I've thought about adding in some clen the last few weeks of my run, but we'll see.

I'll try to make a valiant effort with getting some of my workouts posted up on the log this week as well as some pics of my meals and mybe some of the first pics of where I am as far as development. I'll also try to get my meal prep pics up from last week. Today I'll be making a few more planks of salmon as well as some crusted salmon that I picked up at the store a while back.

I figured I shouldprobably jump on here and post some shit up as it's been over a week since I've been on the board. Not my typical MO as I'm usually very thorough and very informative with all of my logs. Thinsg are certainly different now though as my mom as at my house on hospice and I'm left with a trmendous amout of responsability outside of all of my typicall daily repsonsabilities with trying to runan oiutpatient behavioral helath practice as well as just other random responsabilities that come at you from day to dauy.

That being said, I'm getting to the guym and getting evey muscle group in throughout the week. It's taking some serious effort and some tweaking of teh schedule for sure. It's sort of a mix between am and pm workouts at the moment.I figure whatever it takes to get everything in is what I'm gonna do. Today and tomorrow are my two rest days for te week as it lines up better with other shit going on in mylife.

I did get into the gym yesterday and hit arms with teh infamous @sqrlz79. I love pushing her ass to exhaustion!!! :gayfight: Anyway, my workout was as folows...

Tri's

Dips - 15x4 (strict and slow)
Cambered Bar Skull Crushers - 40x15x4
Seated Dumbbell Tricep Press (Behind the head) - 40x15x4
Cable Tricep Press Downs (Rope) - 45x12x4

Bi's

Cambered Bar Cable Curls - 35x15, 50x12x3

I'll try and start to log more of my workouts, I usually log them all and I'm usually much more interactive, but as I said, I'm sort of going throiugh it right now.

Diet has been fairly clean and I'm trying to get more calories into me than I was. I certainly have my days, butt definitley doing better for sure. This is my foruth week and I can tell you I'm definitley getting much fuller. The @P_Labs gear is no joke.

I'm gonna tell on myself a bit, soem of you already know that I'm an addict in l,oing term recovery from multiple substance use disorders. I'm telling you this to emphasize teh fact that I always go to extremes with everything, and gear is no different. This run I'm using less oil than I ever have. I'm used to running my deca around 750mg/wk and my test around 1gm/wk. I've always heard less is more for years while living this lifestyle. However, I've always ran high doses on my runs. I decided to do things a bit different this time and I'm only running my test at 600mg/wk and deca at 400mg/wk. Let me tell ya man, I'm a believer to say the least. I'm amazed t the changes I'm seeing after only being oin for 4 weeks now. Now granted, I believe some of it is muscle memory, and no doubt attributed to the @P_Labs gear, but I firmly believ that I have found a sweet spot for the amount of gear I'm pinning each week. I think It's just a great combination all together.

Anyway, I will try and get more active on my log. I still have 12 moere weeks to go and I have no doubt it's gonna be a great ride getting my bodyback to where I want it to be.

Made it to the gym at 5:00 am this morning and blasted the pecs!! As I've been speaking to, I'm really starting to come back nicely for only being 4 weeks into this run. I'm getting really full and even though I'm on the Dbol I don't feel as though I'm carrying any realy significant water retention. I'm actually seeing some great vascularity in my delts and upper pec area as well as some nice speration.

I have noticed some continued inflamation of my left mammory gland. I will increase Adex by 1mg/week. I will be ordering bloods this weekend and having them drawn sometime the first of next week. Once I get reults, I'll get them posted up on my log. Diet was good today, but probably definitley failed on the hydration tip for sure which unfortunately is my typical MO. I keep trying to work on it, but have always struggled in that area.

Todays workout was as follows:

Pecs

Smith Machine Incline Press - 135x20, 155x15, 185x10x2
Dumbbell Flat Bench - 55x15, 65x12, 75x10x2
Dumbbell Pullovers - 65x15, 75x12x3

I'll weigh myself in the morning when I'm dry and see where I'm at. I was around 199# when I started this run, and I'm guessing i've probably put on a little over 5# or so at this point. I'd like to see myself somewhere around 215# by the end of the run. I'm considering a tren run at that point to really lean out nicley. I've never ran back to back 19 Nor cyccles. Does anyone have any experince with this and could share theire findings?
