Used to eat those a lot. Not so much anymore but I still enjoy them!I figured I better jump on here and give an update. I had intended to jump on Tuesday evening and when I got home from work Tuesday evening I'll be bamn if my internet wasn't out. Man, you talk aboput a boring quiet night, I stream everything on tv so no cable. It's amazing teh things we sometimes take for granted!!
Anway, got into the gym on Tuesday and hit pecs and tris. It was a decent lift and I felt as though I did a good job of tearing down the fibers, but still lifting light and isolating. My workout was as follows...
Smith Flat - 135x20, 155x15, 185x10, 205x8, 135x10 (negative w/ explosive concentric)
Dumbbell Flat - 45x12x4
Dumbbell Pullovers - 50x15x4
Standing Incline Cable Flies - 20x15x4
Cambered Bar Skull Crushers -30x15x4
Straight Bar Press Downs -30x12x4
Hammer Strength Seated Dips - 40x12x4
I look for the Dbol to really start kicking in this next week, I'm already starting to see that I'm beginning to look much fuller and this is only the second week of my run, 14 more to go. @P_Labs oils are smooth as always, draws nicley and pins nicley as well. I've never had any PIP from any of his injectables and I've pinned 1ml of tren, mast, test, and Arol in the past all in one pin and no problems.
The only issue I've had thus far is aromitization. I started to notice some tenderness in the left nipple and my mamory gland was a bit swollen. I've been taking 12.5mg of Aromasin on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I haven't used Aromasin for years and remebered it being effective for me. I typically take Adex which I get from my NP so it's pharma, but on my last few cycles I was feeling as though maybe I was starting to aclimate to it as I had a hard time keeping E2 down. Therefore, I decided to give the Aromasin a run. I'm rethinking it now and I'm going to fall back on the Adex. I dropped 2mg this morning with all of my other supps. I'll now start running 1mg on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday until I can assess when I get my next round of bloods.
I'm going to start meal prepping beginning this weekend as I'm struggling to get the calories in me eating on a whim. I need to start taking extra food with me to work to ensure I'm staying fed. I'm going to try and get to a neighboring town here soon the have an In-body test completed to know my basil metabolic rate and work from there. I'm guessing right now though that I'm somewhere around 2300 calories at rest.

WHO EATS LARRY AND LENNY'S PROTIEN COOKIES AND WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHT AS FAR OVERALL BENEFITS AND/OR CONS?

And this gentlemen, is why we bench for chest growth, not shoulder destruction like I see in my gymYour muscles won't care how much weight your lifting, only that you're training them enough and providing them stimulus.
The weight you lift only matters to a certain degree.

Got into the gym on Frdiay after work and hit back and bi's with the infamous @sqrlz79. To be honest I've typically been the guy for years who has preferred to not lift with a partner. I know there are certainly benefits in terms of being pushed harder and getting those last few forced reps in, but frankly the times I have attempted to lift with a partner I found it to be burdensome. Typically those whom I've lifted with in the past didn't have the level of motivation I have, at times I'm waiting for them to get to the gym, and my time is valuable, I don't have time to wait around on someone. However, I've been lifting with @sqrlz79 for probably close to a couple of years now and it's been a pretty solid expoerince. Not to be sexist or anythingbut I just didn't think I would have found such a dedicated and hard working partner in a female. She is as solid as they come and she works hard in the gym!! All that said, we had a great workout and hit each of those muscle groups really hard!!
Yesterday was a rest day as I typically have to run a lot of errands for my mom. As I have shared my mom is now living with me and she is on hospice having recently been diagnosed with endometrial cancer. I work such long hours through the week that I don't really get her out of the house so Saturdays are typically store days and taking her out to do something special. I did however get all of my meal prep work in which took me a few hours. I'm hoping this approach with meal prepping will allow for me to get in the extra claories I need while also helping me to eat cleaner. I typically eat fairly clean anyway but I do eat some shit at times throughout the week. Shit being like some cheesburgers and fries.![]()
Yesterday I cooked up some chicken with peppers and onions over some jasmine rice with quinoa, I got a littel sideways and went with some cauliflower in cheese sauce. I also baked a couple of salmon planks and added the salmon to a bed of jasmine rice with quinoa. I'm struggling to get the pics posted on this thread regardless of how small I'm making the file, I'll try to post them up seperately.
Anyway, I'll be heading to the gym here in a bit to hit my wheels......
