How often do you have a deload week GT?Still here doing my thing, just nothing to report currently. This week was supposed to be a deload week, but coach ended up telling me to just skip the gym all together for the week, so no training until Monday.
Just getting meals in and doing cardio etc etc.
Got 1 cardio session dropped this week so only 5 per week now, and got a bit more food added to the plan.
Will check back with Monday Training Log.
