Question about Anavar and DOMS

Hello, since I started my cycle of anavar 50mg daily and test 250mg/week (split every 3.5 days), I have noticed that I really don't get sore the day after my workouts and I feel like I could workout the same muscle groups daily. Does this mean I should be increasing the intensity of my workouts? When I do workout, I definitely work to failure and feel the muscle fatigue at the time.

It probably is doing it’s job. I get (or got) really bad DOMS , but Oxandrolone in particular helps your body increase protein synthesis (so make sure to increase your intake) . Most PED’s help you with energy & recovery , i wouldn’t think you should overtrain a muscle or at all…just stick to your plan and train hard AF , get your calories in (excess or deficit) . It’s my all around , go - to oral for cut, bulk, or just transforming. How many milligrams do you take , your timing ? Just curious , Everyone has a different goal. I am still learning past mis truths and facts about using it .

I take 20mg twice a day on leg days (any more and my low back cramps makes deadlifts and squats impossible) 50mg once a day on any upper body days about 1 hour before I work out. My goal is kind of all over the place. I want to get stronger, particularly my legs but also kind of recomp.

Low back cramps on anavar? Your anavar might be dianabol.

Really? I thought back pumps/cramps were common on anavar.
They can happen on any oral.

Some people are more prone to it than others.

Also, some AAS are way more likely to give them to you like Superdrol, Dianabol, or Anadrol.

Grab yourself some L-Taurine and try 5000-7000mgs per day along with plenty of water. They should subside...

I notice when running anabolic and getting proficient at a certain exercise...as long as you are using progressive overload you should keep making gain and size! I've been trying to stick to a program for at least 6-8 weeks even if I'm not getting sore.
