Meditrope has not had any pip or knotting at the injection site. No undue side effects noted yet. I have not had any tingling in the fingers or hands. Initially over the first and second weeks I was having quite a bit of water retention, could have been the combination of the Anadrol and the HGH, but that has resolved it self through he third week. My weight is up from 169.8 on May 10th to 179 even this morning. Not bad for 2.5 weeks. The wife says that see can see a difference in my chest and biceps. I value what she says because see is around me all the time so it is generally harder for her to see that difference.

This has been a rough week so sorry for not having posted. I had a tooth extracted on Tuesday and had an infection in it by Wednesday. Started on antibiotics and have been sick every since. Haven’t been able to eat much other than breakfast. Once I take the first antibiotic I’m so sick and can’t keep much down on top of it hurting like a big dog trying to eat. Last night kept having cold sweats so I think my fever finally broke and I am feeling a little better today. But based on weight this morning I have lost about 8 lbs this week. Hopefully I’ll be back on track by Monday.

Well, I finally made it back. I never knew that having a tooth pulled would be such a bitch. For a week after it was pulled I couldn't hardly eat and sure as hell couldn't chew on that side. The second week I ended up with an infection in it and the pain was even worse. Ra a round of antibiotics and i think it has been kicked now. Still a little tender when I chew on that side but at least I am eating again. I was up to 183 prior to the extraction and I am currently sitting at 169. SO!!! I am going to turn this around and reduce my calories and start shaving off the body fat. The HGH that i am currently running has really helped to maintain my muscle mass during the calorie reduction from having the tooth out so that is great. I'll post some updated pics this weekend or early next week.

Sorry for the delay in my log updates, but it has been a busy week already. So Saturdays are my off day so nothing to report. Sundays the wife and I do some stretching, yoga and then massages. Most of the rest of the day is “Honey Do’s so that the Honey Does” nuff said on that. Monday, I had to miss my work out. Had to be at my lab by 2:00 am, Plant by 3 and on a jobsite by 3:30. Had 500 yards of concrete on the ground by 8:00 am. Left the site and went to an associating Fund-raising golf outing. Walked 18 holes between 9:00 and 4:00 pm. So I didn’t get my regular workout in but damn!! I got a in a good workout!!!

Had the wife do a 7 point today. Numbers went bad. I’m currently sitting about 11.2% Id like to get that down to 8% in the next 2-3 weeks without having to do anything to crazy with the diet.

So I have missed a few days of logging but I assure you all that I am still here. It has just been a crazy couple weeks at work. Hitting 14-18 hours days and still getting workouts in and some sort of decent sleep. Sometimes I feel like I’m burning the candle at both ends. Any way! So, I have reduced my calories and I am going to target 1800 for the next 3 weeks and see just how low I can get my body fat without losing muscle mass. Of course, the Meditrope at 5iu a day is going to be the saving grace. I have decreased my caloric intake to 1800-2000 calories. Currently at 11.2% based on 7 point and I am going to target 8% by the end of 3 weeks. I’m feeling good but I can certainly tell that I have reduced my calories. Energy levels are dropping some, but that could be the heat index of 100+ that we are dealing with as well.

Sorry for the delays with posing. This is my busy season, and my workload has been through the roof. I will try to a lot a little more timer each day for updates. So, I must say that the HGH is working quite well. The sense of contentment and increased energy levels are notable. Sleep is more restful and deeper and then there is the weight loss. My weight was at 183.6 on May 19th and I am currently sitting at 165.4. I will need to rerun the 7 point this week to reassess where my BF% is currently at. Must be lower than the 11.3 I pulled a week-2 weeks ago. A few minor things that I have noticed are things like, fingernails. They are growing fastr and are tougher. The wife says that some of my wrinkles, mostly in my face are lees noticeable as well.

For one - you are looking good and changes are apparent. I like most everything your doing .
I like the high attention to detail and volume for you. Saw you were on 600te/400 tr e with Meditrope GH 5iu I like that . You did add 300Npp I guess recent(I’m guessing you didn’t want Deca due to water…? ) Wasn’t sure if it was just an addition or transition(either way it’s a bad ass muscle mass builder : all 3 !)

You will notice that you need more frequent and longer sessions, the older you get. My parents have to train over twice as long and diet 3x better than when they were my age. It’s actually a good thing(if retired or self employed) , having a bad ass home gym helps too but, I still work out at gyms and even friends Apartment Complex Gyms(which are nicer than those 24hr No person joints). Friends moved into one and it had Good Life Fitness/Cybex/Hammer/Dumbbells up to 110’s (rent is $3700 a month! Could Buy a New Duplex or 2 remodeled Townhouses and live in one, rent the other. I just cannot rent and never financed any car (except once to trick them to lower total price! Lol . They figured they’d make it up in F&I …., I made sure I could pay off without penalties and paid it off the next day . I thought I’d never go to a dealership ever again (due to Tesla online), but went with my cuz to get his Civic Si (2018) which comes turbocharged. The Type-R didn’t seem worth the money vs similar performance(kinda) . I’ll never go again ! I about wanted to Flip a Meeting Table by the time I got outta there. •Back to training

Caber/Provi are must haves along with whatever Serm/AI you use normally…also (daily Cialis low dose) Test/Gh can double size of prostate so Cialis and/or Dutasteride or Proscar(finasteride) if you(or MD) find its enlarged. The Caber/Provi
are needed (2-19 Nor’s). Although I only recently had prolactin related Gyno lump(which cleared) prior to that, I was able to get by with 100mg P5P/L-dopa 20% and a few doses of Caber but always lowered within 2-3 weeks. The Parabolan I had started was over listed: mg/ml and very potent (which was one culprit) the other was, a bottle of Cabaser was 100% bunk (and I had no idea) . I can get the generic Teva Caber as it’s on my Rx list (but it’s $$). Luckily I had some SB Caber which was phenomenal and then my India SunPharma Caberlin .5 & .25 (they make signature brand as well). India has some decent medications and for great prices (especially for diabetes/heart meds) , it’s hard for me to trust their UG Name brands as I have had too many (low or not listed ingredients) . Believe it or not , their Generic Sust 250 , Test E 250 , Test Undecanoate 1000mg/4ml amp, and Deca 100 Human grade (they have over 5 generic brands) But Zydus Fortiza is really good. Obviously not all the UG brands (just so many copycat makers all over world).


Keep your diet dialed in (besides cheat meal/s)
and High water/ low sodiums(the odd variations in store foods, also I quit using any supplements or multivitamins with minerals. Found out that my diet is so rich In everything I didn’t need it, I take a ton of supplement (just avoid the minerals ). I did start using High-Bioavailable Magnesium 400mg as my bloods did show I was low . AAS can increase your bodies retention of sodium/Minerals , WATER Lol. I’ve defied the usual effects of Certain PED’s that always cause water/Bloat. Partially do to dosage but , that super high fiber/water/ anti inflammatory foods/Supps , Lactose Free Fairlife and avoiding any food or drink with these main two !!
• Enriched Flour
• High Fructose Corn Syrup

Just avoiding those 2 things can make your body look so much better!! Look on the back of almost anything in the aisles and it contains one or both . “Enriched” is key - Enriched Flour is illegal to sell in Most Scandinavian countries (Sweden) . Dave’s Killer Bread/English muff/Bagel line is great ! I usually get Powerseed, Also I get Rustic, Fresh Jewish Rye & Pumpernickel Rye (delicious) .

Post up meditrope protocol (I may have a way to amplify effects and make it work better or
Last longer) . Only for Blasting - I definitely found higher IU dose 3x a week worked twice as good vs Split dose daily or once daily at lower iu
But some cannot tolerate and have odd effects.

It keeps fluid Cold for 5 days and Hot for 24hrs
.79gal /3litre (black/charcoal jug) . I saw at Target or Walmart , I’m gonna try it vs my Bubba (which keeps cold a while , Hopefully it fits or is stable inside vehicle.

This has been a busy ass couple of weeks. Ill be honest, some mornings I do not want to get up at 2:30 to work out. But I do it. My wife tells me sometimes that I need to take a break and rest! My response. I’ll get plenty of rest after I die. Right now, I have no intention of rolling over so I am going to forge ahead. I sleep well and for the most part have a great attitude on the Meditrope that I picked up. Work is just sometimes stressful and anyone that has ran tren know that when you are on it, You don’t deal with STUPID, very well.
