Get Shredded!
We are going to start having a lot of contests in 2023. Our first one is going to be a Push Up Contest. It will start January 1 and end January 31.

During 2023 we will have a Pull Up contest, Bench Press contest, Deadlift contest, Meme contest and many more to come! Be on the look out!

Everyone that participates in these contests is a winner!

Here are the rules for the Push Up Contest:

You must submit a video in a private message or email to me with as many push ups as you can do. I will not post your video public, or say how many reps you completed. I will just post your username and say you made a submission to the contest. We want to keep the amount of reps hidden so no one knows the number to beat.

Everyone that makes a submission gets $20 store credit that can be used immediately. If you use the link in my banner to make this order and write a review after, you will be credited another $50 towards a future order. Up to $70 free just to participate and make a review! We have no minimum order, so here is a good chance to try a new brand or product.

1st place will get $300 store credit! If there are more than 10 participants we will give 2nd place $200 store credit! If there are more than 20 participants we will give 3rd place $100 store credit!

You can wear a long sleeve shirt and a mask to hide your identity, but I promise your video will not be posted publicly. PM me or email me your submission, don’t post it below. You could make a youtube account to send it or any other way you choose.

Alan and I will be the judges on how many reps you performed. No cheat reps, full push ups, you can do them as fast as you want.

If you have any questions feel free to PM me.

Contest starts in 3 days!!!

Damn I wish I wasn’t injured. If this was Lb for Lb (which I think it should be since that part wasn’t mentioned, for the max lifts. Hard to compare a 180 lb member with a 300lb member for those 2 comps.) I might have a shot at the bench or dead’s.

Interesting thought, we weren’t planning to do pound for pound because we didn’t know how we could get your weight. Guess we’d need a video of weigh in. I like the idea!

Could also do one with most reps. Example for bench if you weigh over 200+ you use 225, under 200 you use 185.

I’ll make a poll for the next contest and let the community decide! Keep the ideas coming!

You’d have to show full body in video when weighing- make sure hand isn’t resting on something to make weight read lower. Also might need to have the video show dates somehow (maybe phone screen or newspaper/mail date stamped?). Because for example I could send you a video benching 80 lbs more from 5 years ago-when I was 20+ lbs heavier than now. Just a thought to keep this fair since there is a prize at stake

I think overhead press with dumbbells or barbell could be a good option too. Hard to max press dumbbells so maybe heaviest for 8 reps or something

Great ideas. Now I have to ask, before your injury what was your weight for your max bench and deadlift?

With nobodies hands touching the bar (including no help for lift off) best was weight around 190-195 max bench 425, 315 for 13, 225 for 36. deadlift could be better, haven’t maxed in years but somewhere around 600. Can do 500 for 8-10.

I severed a branch completely off my femoral artery in my leg- can’t lift more than 5 lbs for awhile due to risk of damaging the surgery. 3 months before I’m back to normal, 9 months before I’m fully healed & I can go all out on things again like heavy weight.

Insane. Some crazy lifts bro. I just started benching 365 but I weigh 240 so not that impressive.

And I feel your pain. Years ago when I was first hitting 315 my Dad passed away and I went home and punched through a door and when I ripped my hand out I tore my posterior labrum. 6 months no gym, and 6 months going through motions. I wish you a speedy recovery bro, you’ll get it back.

That’s still a great lift, you don’t see many people touching 365. I plan on coming back hard when I can. It’ll be fun to see how fast I can build myself back

This is a good one. Hard as shit.

Seen this at carnivals. Two minutes is most ppl have…
If its picked we’ll all come up with the rules, which grip is allowed, what kind of bar, etc. Would definitely be a good one to add to the poll.

Day 2 of 31. Plenty of time to make a good video and make a submission! Remember PM me your video, we don’t want anyone knowing how many reps you did.
