Hit a great push (shoulder focus) session yesterday.
2 set Hammer Strength Shoulder Press
1 set Hammer Strength Incline Press
1 set Machine Flat chest press
2 sets lateral raise machine
2 sets tricep extension

All sets taken to failure. Progressed on every lift and the pump was great. One of those sessions where everything was clicking. Done in 50 minutes.

Love those sessions when everything feels good. Makes me want to hit a double biceps and howl like a wolf! 😆
