Already did. Also there was a small fee of ~6€ that I needed to pay. Do I need to send this amount in order to be good ?

This isn`t a psl issue I don`t believe. It is a bitcoin network issue. The network is super congested with transactions due to the crypto bull market heating up. As the bull market heats up transaction fees will go higher and higher. A lot of wallets let you select a fee tier. Examples are
Priority
Standard
Economy

It is very important to always use the fastest tier. Now if you send directly from an exchange they don`t always use high enough fees bc they are trying to keep your cost down bc it makes the exchange look bad if you have high fees because a lot of people don`t understand how it all works. Or, what also happens is the exchange covers the fees them selves and they are being tight assed.

Your transaction ID is VERY important. Always, always keep these until everything is 100% said and done.

Just make a support ticket.
