It helped with my blood pressure and pulse a lot with the different types of breathing methods outlined in the book. I highly recommended it for those interested!

Mine drops to like 56 when sleeping. If I'm sitting still on the bed or couch it's around 62 . If I'm at work my pulse is around 120 but I literally don't stop moving at workSleeping mine gets down to high 50s, awake and sitting still high 60s low 70s, if running a cycle it stays higher.
Same with blood pressure, just checked it was 114/71, goes much higher on cycle which is not good of course

I only walk forward. Walking back would make me have to much temptation and there are cameras every where to easy to get caught. But I am going to walk a treadmill every work out except legs.
Over the summer I walked eight miles a day . Now I walk 20-30 miles a week in a 3 day span .You guys are in great fucken shape. My pulse in 90bpm.
Are all of you doing cardio ?
because I don’t. The most cardio which probally don’t count is taking my dog for a walk.
