Why wouldnt you want a rack? You can build much more muscle using a rack (SQ, Bench, etc) than you can w/ pulleys...I want to get a pulley set up but I don’t wanna buy a squat rack yet, any good ideas on building a frame? Or should I just stick with the bands until I get a rack?

4 pulleys. 10 metres starter cord. 4 shelf brackets or bend 1/4 by 1 inch steal. Chain and shackles if you want to go heavy.
