PSL website ticket order confirmation

Has anyone else had an issue attaching a screenshot of their completed payment. They say there is nothing wrong on their end....
I've logged out and back in, attempted different browsers, attempted incognito, attempted to attach/upload with every extension they say the site accepts with the exact same error message...

Have you tried deleting your browser cache, cookies etc?

I opened a support ticket and I was able to attach screen shots from my phone via the "choose file" button. So let's trouble shoot this and figure out what's going on sir.

100% clear cache and cookies, but most of all RESTART ALL DEVICES once this has been done.. restarting is very important.. :) :)

Good call! I'm the worst. I'll go a month without restarting my phone then complain that it's running slow 😂🤣

Same haha.. when I do the cleaning/maintenance and RESTART things normally are super fast and sites load faster, and any sites that have me blocked prior let me in with no issues...

Also to add people, If you are using a VPN.. try changing location!

I'm on a laptop.... I will try from my cell.... I've been a "Techie" from since... well a very long time... I can tell you from personal experience that clearing the cache and cookies... for me... is the equivalent of checking to make certain the computer is plugged in and you using the power button to turn it on..... Almost never makes a difference..... This is easily confirmed by using a different browser that has never accessed the site previously, which I have attempted. Internet explorer, microsoft edge, firefox

From the sites reply I know they are receiving screenshots.... but that doesn't demonstrate a lack of issues. I sent a screenshot via regular email to the payment email (paypal) this morning and updated whoever monitors the site after I confirmed it didn't bounce back.

Thanks for looking into this... Anywho, payment is there waiting to be processed and all required info was sent with the original ticket..... Just attempted via mobile chrome and was successful... Maybe worth noting the version of mobile chrome is older (by a few revision) than the laptop..... Depending on how your site is setup and your analytics you may be able to scape the data...

Our attachment size is maximum to 8MB - your was over 8 MB this is te reason of this problem : )

Cleaning cache and cookies is good "device hygiene" and you know should know this, :) it's a process of elimination and a place to start just like switching browsers like you have.
The image you sent indicates that the file is to large.

The image you sent indicates that the file is to large.
Thanks... That's not it.... cache or file size... that's not what it indicates in some sites (particularly WordPress based) it can indicate that without actually stating it, usually r/t lazy coding...... My systems are routinely purged registry included.
The issue is being resolved....
