Vison and the PSL crew blessed me with $500 store credit and here are the goodies I got for my summer run.

Current stats are 209.2 lbs, bf around 15%, (post pics tomorrow)

Goals are to get fuller and leaner for a 2 week dive trip in July.

Gear:
250mg test e x2 EW
200mg deca x2 EW (first 10 weeks)
200mg tren e x2 EW (last 5 weeks)
50mg var ED (25mg in the am and pm)
50mg provi ED
12.5mg Exemestane Mon, Wed and Fri.
Caber if needed.

Starting week one 2 months after a 10 week trest run. Still have a solid foundation but got carried away with my wife's cheese cake over Easter. Diet will be disciplined.

Week one is starting off solid. Oil is smooth like all PSL gear. Schedule only allows me to get in the gym 5am-6:15ish, but that should ease up at the end of the month when I wrap my grad program. Had to cram the last few weeks to get all my edits done on this thesis project.

Got slammed with a bunch of edits on my thesis last week. Starting off this week strong.

Chest and triceps.

Flat bench: warm up 135 and 225, 275 2x10 reps, 295 x6 and 315 felt heavy at 3reps.
Incline 4 sets of 225 at 10 reps,
Hamer Strength incline 135 on each side for 4 sets of 10.
Single back arm extensions: warm up with 60, 70 for 2 sets of 12, 80 for two sets of 10.
Rope pull downs: 135 4x10 reps.
Weighted dips: 160 4x10 reps
Cable flies: 35 4x10 reps.
ab wheel 5 sets of 20.

Going to step up cardio to get down to single digits BF by the time we take off to Fiji.

Starting week 3 and weight is up slightly. 214.6. Been eating clean with the exception of Cinco De Mayo. My wife made a ton of birria tacos and I ate till it hurt.

Walked for my graduation on Saturday. Been out 5 years and completed a BA and MA in that time. One more to go.

Gym has been solid. My routine is usually some variation of chest/triceps, back/biceps, shoulders/legs on Mon-Wed. Thursdays I have been doing supersets of chest and back, light weight and high reps. Fridays are light arms and legs. Also been getting more cardio in for the summer shred. The goal is single digit BF before leaving for the South Pacific in August.

Thought for sure you would be using Trestolone again.... I really like the stuff for bulking AND cutting.

Trest was great but I'm going back to my tried and true cycle of test/deca and test/tren for 15 weeks. This is probably my 5th run with this cycle and it always delivers.

I thought I tore my abdomen wall the other day, and it wasn't in the gym. I was actually getting in the bath tub behind my wife and my lower ab on the right side cramped unlike anything I've ever experienced. The pain made me feel like I was going to both puke and pass out. It's still tender but I don't feel any guts protruding from that spot. I think I just got a gnarly cramp. Haven't experienced cramps like this since I gave clen a try last year.

Other than the past few days off from the gym the gains have been solid. I will pull bloods in the next few weeks then switch up the deca with tren the last week of June.
