I totally agree with that quotation.. I know just one dude that eats one big meal a day, he's not a beast, but he's far above the average Joe and looks great.. it's about whatever fits your needs

When training your legs, do not forget your calves.
The calves are not less important than all the other muscles.


A lacking point is a lacking point and you can notice it immediately.
Small calves and big legs is the worst you can have.

Small calves and big legs is the worst you can have.
Is this after leg training or does that fucking calf always look like that?

Let's the last week begin.



Today I'm referring a bit of acne in the shoulders and upper back, plus some extra hair on the chest.
Nothing worrying and manageable for now. Just to monitor for this last week.


Dosage at 60-70 mg/ed.

This morning the sweet unconventional menu includes:
120 gr of rice
50 gr of chocolate whey protein
10 g of dark chocolate
a sprinkling of bitter cocoa (just to embellish the photo)



I take half pre workout
7-8 AM - back training
The other half post-wo

when you're on a strict diet and you leave gym very hungry and you know that at home there are only a few grams of rice waiting you... and you have to see this...

But then take the elevator with the mirror and remember that junk food give different results from chicken breast and rice.

When beginners train bicep for have big arm, but you know tricep are 2/3 of your arm.

Like 4 hours on average...REM sleep prolly 40 minutes. What happens in April to make you sleep longer? The rain?
