Diet and training have been going as planned. No hiccups yet.

GW is really making me like cardio. I can do 30 mins and feels like 15-20 in terms of fatigue.

Daily pins are going good as well. We'll see how much I like them once I start blasting.

Get Shredded!
Left elbow is still fucked. Just did 15min of HIIT today. The 20mg of GW makes it a breeeeze :)

Started using 1mg of BPC daily to help with the elbow.

15 mins of HIIT again today. GW is doing wonders.

Elbow feels awesome now thanks to BPC but I'm gonna still take this week off weights to give it some rest.
Love seeing this!!!!!! Fuck yeah...

BPC-157

It's a healing peptide. I'm not smart enough to give you the technical breakdown πŸ˜‚

Alright fellas.. I've been eating clean but not really tracking... I put together a new diet and this is what I will be following starting Monday next week as I need to go food shopping :)

Meal 1:
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal

Meal 2:
  • 6oz chicken breast
  • 1 cup white rice

Meal 3:
  • 6oz chicken breast
  • 1 cup white rice

Meal 4 (Pre-workout):
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 1 medium-sized banana

Meal 5 (Post-workout):
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 1 cup white rice

Meal 6:
  • 6oz chicken breast
  • 1 cup white rice

Protein = 300g
Fats = 38g
Carbs = 234g

I'm still hammering out what my cycle is going to be but will update here once I got that figured out!

Elbow is feeling awesome. BPC-157 is the truth! I didn't do weights this week either to give it some more rest. I still did my cardio easily with the help of GW :)

Okay, I've settled on what my blast is going to be!

Gear:
500mg Test Cyp (250mg Mon/Thurs)
400mg Primo (200mg Mon/Thurs)
100mg Tren Hex (50mg Mon/Thurs)
2IU HGH (ED)
50mg Proviron (25mg AM/PM)

RX Meds:
20mg Telmisartan (ED)
10mg Ezetimibe (ED)
5mg Cialis (ED)
50mcg T4 (ED)
10mg Aromasin (Tues/Fri)

This right here is a perfect example, and what I try to tell people and sometimes what I try to force and implement myself.
This is a fact that he stepped away, he gave his body time to recoup yet he still found something else to do in the gym that would not hinder or put him behind with his injury by capitalizing on cardio.
This is what I call dedication and consistency.. something all of us can use in implement daily..

I have a very good buddy, he was a big boy, not fat, well maybe some, but just a big husky brute.
Basically a perma bulker..
He tore his bicep, with several months with a recovery ahead of him and he literally went in and slayed away with cardio for 5 days a week and smashed wheels twice a week.. That was definitely not his normal behavior. There was phenomenal dividends, he fucking looked phenomenal within weeks, 3 months later it was incredible.
To this day he never put that weight back on. Still thicker and husky by nature. But he proved a good point. Just like RDM is doing here.. If the upper body isn't working, and there's nothing wrong with the lower portion, no excuses..

Exactly I'm a creature of habit. So I made sure to keep doing my cardio so I kept my routine of going to the gym πŸ‘

Did my first round of shots for this cycle yesterday! It's been a minute since I injected so much oil πŸ˜…πŸ˜‚

For training I'm running StrongLifts 5x5 program. Right now the weights are pretty pathetic but that's just due to the nature of the program. By week 10 I'll be moving some real weight and the gear will be fully saturated πŸ‘

Diet has been good. A small struggle to eat. I stopped the Semaglutide this week but its still in my body obviously πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ
