Diet
Meal 1 = 1/2 cup egg whites, 2 whole eggs
Meal 2 = 50g isolate shake
Meal 3 = 4oz ground chicken, 150g rice, 1/2 cup peas and carrots
Meal 4 = Family dinner (I do the cooking in the house so it's always a protein with a carb. The difference is I'll spice it up with sauces, marinades, and butter.)
Meal 5 = 4oz ground chicken, 150g rice, 1/2 cup peas and carrots
Pro = 185g
Fat = 30-40g (depends on family dinner)
Carbs = 135-150 (depends on family dinner)
Calories = ~1280
I know these are super low. Just getting back into eating a structured plan. I'll slowly work up the protein and carb numbers over the next few weeks. If I start out with my usual 8oz protein portions I'll burn out quick. I feel if you slowly up your protein it's easier to eat larger quantities. Especially being on Semaglutide.
This is how I've always approached getting back on plan. This is a marathon, not a race.
