Protein shake recommendations?

What’s your go to for high protein shakes? Looking for something non-gmo and with no artificial anything. Additionally, not interested in soy based products.

I use MTS whey. Very few wheys digest well for me due to my lactose intolerance and IBD. But MTS does well. Peanut butter cookies and cream is the shit.

Correct! The wife didn't find it to be appealing. At all. Very counter productive when you're trying to get it on and the room smells like 3 day old road kill.

I also can't eat beef, pork etc. No cheese. No diary. No greasy foods. I have a pretty limited diet but it works my favor bc chicken and rice is my go to!

You would be hard pressed to find anything cleaner. Like three ingredients if you get the chocolate flavor. Organic grass fed.

I have zero issues with digestion too. When I have gotten cheap crappy protein? Tons of gas. I stopped buying protein shakes at my gym bc of that...
