Get Shredded!
Dr. said to lay off the protien, red meat, poultry, eggs, seafood & coffee. Increase milk & water. Saw Arnold’s post below and posted a quote from it so you don’t have to link to it.

Too much apparently causes this…..

Did they send your stones off to be tested? They should be able to tell if that's really what it is or if they are speculating.

I see kidney stones in people from ALL walks of life. Can definitely be different things.

Yes, one is being tested. Put me on antibiotics and Flomax to try to get the other one to move. Another CT Scan scheduled to see if it moved from the Ureter. Has happened twice before. Once we were successful in getting it to move. The other time had to have surgery. No cutting, they just go through the penis.

Gotcha. Yeah I've actually watched countless kidney stone removals in the OR. U wouldn't want to see how big the shit they ram in there is. Like the scope and such. 😬

Make sure to read the sides for flomax and keep an eye on things, especially in the sex department. Even though sides are "low/minor", it seems to have hit a pretty good percentage of the guys I know who have used it. Again, nothing major, but things may not perform as "expected". Like having an orgasm, but no ejaculate. Those kind of things.

I eat lean red meat everyday, average 12 whole eggs a day, and drink coffee and energy drinks. Lol. Just curious is there an actual study to back this up or just something the dr said?

The doctor said my skin was sagging and I needed protein, but I also had kidney stones. So what should I do?

So, the stone or pain didn’t pass. Ended up going in the hospital and have them scope and get it. It was 1/4 inch calcium oxalate stone that looked like a crystal. You know like a piece of kryptonite from the Superman movies. Now the reason for the delayed reply. A day and a half after the procedure I am in the most unbearable pain. I couldn’t sit still. My wife takes me to the ER, different hospital, and after 3 doses of dilaudid I finally start to be able to deal with the pain. They said I got a severe infection and E Coli. They said they see this from surgeries where the equipment hasn’t been properly sanitized. They went as far as saying it was common that they see patients who have had surgeries from the hospital that I went to end up in there hospital. I am still not back 100%.

I’ve heard people throw around the term “infection“ and never in my life could have imagined the seriousness of what I went through.

Something else to think about, is making sure you take a quality vitamin K2 supp to insure calcium ends up in the bones instead of in the arteries, blood and kidneys causing stones.

Yes, calcium oxalate. It was 1/4 inch and look like a crystal with sharp jagged edges.

I just read this after posting my last comment. Vitamin K2 will help prevent this in the future. Good luck on the road to recovery.
