Pro Diet Help?

I was wondering how may of you folks get pro help with your diet. My goals would be to look better/ feel better ...whatever that is. And i aint no spring chicken anymore either. So I would think that might facto into it. Also Im no millionaire so ......thats def a factor.
Im sure theres tons of info availible for self help but pro help be better cause after all they do it for a living. I know this is just part of the puzzle and not a majic bullet.... but just curious with others experience. thanks Dudes!

I've used a coach in the past to avoid having to think while having diet brain. Puts me on auto pilot and I just execute. If you can afford it it's definitely worth it.

I use a local guy. I have always had issues with my diet. I have an appetite that never stops. When I have a set meal plan. I'm successful in achieving my goal. I'm just not able to wing it.

I have always done my own diets even when i competed. Really isn't to tough as i see it. Getting an assortment of healthy food with the macros in the range you want is easy these days 30 or 40 years ago it took more work to figure it out. And once you learn something you have it forever. Following a diet seems to be far harder for most people.

I follow the 1 chip rule and if im not suppose to eat it than its not in the house. cause if there is 1 chip I will eat the 1 chip.

Logging all you eat is key!
Also I nvr call it a diet!
Diets end weight goes back on!
It's inevetable.inevitable..
It's a lifestyle how we eat..
Once your lifestyle changes?
Your progress will leap forward as well as energy levels and how you feel!.
I've nvr had a coach..
Feel like it's a great option to get moving in right direction.
Having someone in your face about you not following the plan!

Always preferred the coach route. It’s the easiest and most effective. But also if you don’t want it bad enough then don’t waste your money lying to your coach about what you ate.

You know by check-in pics if someone isn't following their nutrition planning.

No point in lying about it, lol 😆 😂.

No point in lying about it, lol 😆 😂.
I know too many people who suddenly get amnesia about the 3 burgers they ate over the weekend when it’s end of the week checkin time.

We live in an age where everything is researchable within seconds.
I personally take the approach of educating myself. Nobody cares more about your success than you.
Just because somebody does something for a living, doesn't mean they are good at it. 🤷

Just get Stan Efferding's book and take all the guesswork out...Everything is laid out for you...The guy knows what he's talking about if you want to build mass and lose body fat...
