Pressing Restart...Again..!!!

First pin yesterday..
Have to get back some hard gains I've recently lost..
Down to 168lbs...from a cut 185..
Depression is a huge obstacle, hence all that's happening..
But nothing I can't push through..

Goals...
1..200lbs by January 1st...
2..lean on my weaknesses..Diet..
3..No high doses or harsh compounds..
4..come April...achieve a nice, but unbelievable shape..
5..stay positive..no negative thoughts..
6..increase rest and recovery protocols..

October...
Test/Deca...
Taking it slow...muscle soreness is way worse..older..!!
Basically use October too slowly ease back..

November...
Get that calorie intake up..4 to 5k...
Increasing cardio to compensate the extra water..

Running labs every month, reviewed by F.Dr....which knows my plans..
First sign of trouble, with current medical situation back to TRT....

Tried to get thru to A.font4o1,but he's working 8 days a wk..
So, trying to motivate Matt88...
And motivate the Hell out of you guys..
And Give Back...

Just woke up in a shit ton pain...left arm..
But that's good today, I have a nerve block at 3pm..we'll see if it helps..
It's going to be difficult to work around so many injuries and current issues..

So...drumming up some Motivation..!!

Haven't made it to the Gym yet this month..but I will..!!!
Haven't made it to 180lbs, Yet...
However...
Up 5lbs in 7 days...
My nutrition is getting there...
Hydration is almost on point....

Nice ramp-up...slow and easy..
Goals are the same..200lbs by Jan.1st..
No harsh compounds or crazy doses..
BTW...
Z dose bloodwork...
And 300 of Test a wk....1500 test level..
Doing labs every month (not estrogen)
Labs are my First defense and indication of any problems..

Friday had my F.Dr. visit...
Comparison on past lab work...
And Yes...
Without a thousand pills, I've been successful in driving those numbers back to Normal (mine)...
Appetite threw the Roof...

Just thought I'd give an update...
And reassure All...
This dog is ready...ring the Bell...
