Prep 2 for old tall gentleman

I am ready to do another show in May. Health is good, body feels great. Didn't fully achieve off season goals but probably set the bar way too high. Proud of bringing up my back, legs a bit mostly abductors I don't know I can't tell. Not easy when hip to knee is 22" long. I don't have good genetics, way too tall and old. But fuck it I like doing it and some goals are still 2 years away.
Will be doing classic and men's bikini this year. Gear will be SBLabs ( they have gone above and beyond for me and can't thank them enough)
Currently the last 2 weeks

300 mast e
Checked in today at 226.5 lbs with coach Monte. I don't know what kind of wizardry he does I just do my best to follow instructions and things happen. Love that dude!
Stats
Going to be 48 in couple days. Fucking old.
6'4 1/2" my wife had to get on a stool and measure. 6'5 with shoes on. She decided to measure everything on me and track things. I wanted no part of that but don't argue with Japanese chicks. And my hair is glorious in the morning. Why do I do this it's fucking embarrassing.
Oh crap found a count down to show time also, awesome.

For reference, his metabolism is scary fast. Last prep we fought with pulling down too quick so, 13ish weeks should be fine and dandy.
 
Upper muscle rounds this morning. Looks like I can add some weight cause I felt amazing today.my workout days are Tuesday, Thursday, Sat and Sun. Cardio Mon thru Friday. Food got cut a little bit. Will post that later. Tri pumped couldn't even flex it

Oh thank goodness I was out of mast. Getting ahead of prep supplies this year. Mast E, mast p, prop, ace and winny cause he is awesome.

Training was great yesterday added a couple reps. Nailed food. Nose is all stuffed up so sleep sucked. Holding back on rebuttals today. Pics are not loading

Get Shredded!
Added some weight to underhand rows. But lost a rep on db press probably because of it oops. Then spilled my food all over my dashboard. Great start to the day, I gotta go clean it up

40 min of cardio yesterday. Today was lower muscle rounds. Added some weight to almost everything and surprisingly handled it well. Worked on front relaxed pose this week and completely fucked it up in check ins. Good job fucking idiot.

Food got cut down again. Upper muscle rounds yesterday. Brought my Tupperware to the superbowl party like a loser. 40 mins of cardio done this morning and hungry time to eat.

Found out my wife has been lied to me about our age cause she thought it would be funny. All these stupid decorations saying 48 and I’m so out of touch I just believed here. Moms comes over and these 2 ladies are just laughing at me cause I’m only 47. Don’t believe your wife’s on anything.
Training kinda sucked cause of a small twinge in my back. Still had a little progress on reps. I like that belt squat thing other than the thigh rubbing and getting into it I have to squat it up at the start a couple feet. 40 mins of cardio done. Side relaxed practice tonight
