Starting my first all Test-E cycle after vacation and trying to get all my P's and Q's in line. I am currently 6'1 198 lb around 12% BF. with this 12 week cycle I am hoping to gain some lean mass but I don't want a cut cycle. Looking to gain 12-15lb of muscle, so I'm looking at 30-40lb over all I assume.
1) what should my ideal micros look like? Around 3500 cals for some mass but not over 4000 end not trying to make it night and day tthat I started gear.
2) Cardio, 3-4 days a week starting my day off; would this be sufficient or should I hold off until after cycle and I cut down a bit?
3) When should I do my pins? Morning before my day starts? (Wake up around 7&workout around 5) before, or after my workout? Keep in mind this is Test-E, so will it even matter?
I'm running a 4 day split with optional arm day, heavy weight around 1-2 hours a session.
Anyways Brahs, Preciate your help. Let's make them start 'mirin!
