Get Shredded!
Another great workout in the books.

Decided to do a full bicep only workout tonight. I feel like my triceps and shoulders make my biceps look small so I figured I'd hit biceps hard for a few weeks.

Started with preacher Curls- wide grip.
50 x 12
70 x 12
90 x 10
120 x 8

Went on to spider Curls with the curl bar
20 x 12
40 x 12
40 x 10 - 2 sets
20 x failure

Crucifix Curls - cables
4 sets adding 10 lbs each set

Decided to do single arm Curls, 3 different positions each arm as a triple super set.
Did that twice each arm. Pretty much toast after that, but had one hell of a bicep pump. I should have measured before and after, I bet I have a one or one and a half inch pump, felt great.

Three weeks off has actually been great. I had been working out hard for a full year. I feel like my body has healed where it needed to and I really didn't lose much strength. Feels great to be back at it hitting the weights hard. Full throttle moving forward, pushing hard to hit my weight goal of 205 - 210lbs.

Weighed in at 194.5 lbs today, seems to be staying right around 194. Only 2 days back in the gym so I wouldn't be surprised to see some weight drop, if it does I will up my calories a few hundred. Really getting my diet dialed in now that I'm back to the gym. I had plenty of cheat meals during my 3 week break so it's time to get back on track with diet.

Planning on hitting the gym hard for 2-3 weeks and then I'll post up some progress pics.

I want to say thanks to SB Labs, I can't say it enough! The gear you guys have provided me has been nothing but smooth and effective. You guys have delivered product that exceeded my expectations time and time again! Thank you thank you thank you!!

Until the next update keep up the grind fellas!

Just went through a nasty hurricane, so much flooding and destruction all around my city.

My family and myself are safe, our house did have standing water throughout, but at the end of the day we my wife and kids are safe! The house damage can be replaced, my family cannot so I'm grateful and thankful we are safe. We are without power, but have generator running for now. Gas is nowhere to be found so hopefully fuel trucks and power will be restored soon or we won't have gas for generator. Either way we are keeping our spirits up and trying to make the best of this shitty situation.

Internet is very spotty right now so I will check-in when I can. Hopefully I don't miss next week's pick in the football pool with SB Labs lol.

Hope all is well with you and yours!

Just checking in to see how you're doing down there @PositiveVibes

We got power back on yesterday around 6pm. We had flooding in our house, so flooring and water damage to furniture and walls throughout. But it can all be replaced. My wife, kids, and myself are all safe! Thanks for checking in on us, appreciate it brother.

Loved SB Labs Gear the entire time I've used it. Nothing negative to report. Unfortunately I pulled/strained a muscle in my trap doing a bathroom remodel by myself. So I've been on a low dose cruise of just Test for 8-10 weeks.

I am overhauling my diet and workout routine for my next blast. Should be ready to go next Monday. I will try to focus on logging everything in greater detail.

Hope all is well,

How was the response time and customer service if you rated it 1 through 10

How was the response time and customer service if you rated it 1 through 10

10/10 without a doubt. Response time to a private message is usually the same day within a few hours at most. Customer service can't get much better in my opinion. It has been a pleasure from the beginning, I will be a customer for a long time to come.

Keep up the great work!

Week 1 in the books. I was sore as hell this week but got through it. Just finished first day of week 2. This is a new diet and workout routine. I plan on slowly adding more calories as the weeks progress.

All is good, trap muscle feels great. Seems like it has healed well, I'm not feeling any discomfort or pain, hopefully that continues to stay that way.

I am pinning SB Labs Gear:
500mg Test E. Mon/Fri
300mg NPP Mon/Wed/Fri
Proviron 25mg Daily (will adjust as needed)
Planning on adding Masteron later in this cycle. Open to opinions or thoughts on adding the Mast.

Hope all is well,

I forgot to mention, this diet and workout plan is in place for 4 weeks at a time. Diet will be adjusted every 4 weeks as needed. Workout routine will be the same exercises for 4 weeks, but each week sets/reps will increase. Then a new routine will be put in place for another 4 weeks. I plan on doing this for 12-16 weeks.

I'm thinking I'll add masteron week 6. Run that until the end. May even add Anavar towards the end of the cycle. All depends on bloodwork and feels.

So far I'm feeling great, sore as expected. I'm more motivated now than I have ever been, intensity in the gym has increased, rest in-between sets/reps has been shortened. Higher sets/reps than I'm used to but I would say it is working great.

@Matt88 thanks, hope all is well. I see your getting back to the grind. Wishing you the best!

Hope you all have a gainful day!

Hopefully I'll be able to continue to log more consistently with this cycle. Between a hurricane and injury, last cycle came to an end sooner than I'd planned. I will try to be more detailed as well.

Ready to get after it and push myself to the next level. Got an order to put in soon, I'll let you know when I put it in.

Thanks again @SB labs it has been a pleasure!

Diet has been a struggle to eat above maintenance, but I don't think that will be an issue much longer. I feel my metabolism starting to fire up as I get stronger and losing fat. I'm staying right at 190 lbs, which I'm happy with at the moment. I would like to continue maintaining weight while losing fat. I'll raise calories slowly as the cycle goes on.

Hope 2023 is a better year for all of us! Let's get those gains!

It seems like a lot of emphasis was put into time between sets, which is minimal. Are you trying to recomp (lose fat and gain muscle)?

You're very detailed and organized. That'll go a long way. I am thoroughly impressed and glad you're continuing to log for one of the top sources here.

I've always felt you fitted your handle here. I may have mentioned it, but not sure.

Glad you're getting over those injuries. Let's get those gainz!! (Its only cool if you use a z)

Yes I'm trying to cut some fat while maintaining weight. So far I've been staying right at 190 lbs, but the mirror shows muscle growth and fat loss. I plan on eating at maintenance for another 2 weeks then I will see if I want to add 200-300 calories.

I appreciate the kind words and I love being apart of this forum. I have learned more than I could have researched on my own from a lot of members here. I will gladly pass down that knowledge as I live it and continue to learn/grow my understanding of gear, workouts, diet, etc.

Seriously.....who needs cardio when @SB labs NPP has you fucking like a pornstar?!?!? I'm about to hire a full time fluffer!

Cycle is going great, I'm up to 700mg Test E and 400 mg NPP a week. 50mg Proviron daily. Feeling great, strength is climbing, and sex is amazing.

I'm still following the same workout routine as previously posted, although I have added 300 calories to my diet this week. I've held right at 190 lbs but leaned down for sure.

Hope everyone is well,
PositiveVibes

I had a great chest workout tonight. Felt amazing, strong as ever. PR hit tonight on flat bench 350 lbs, best I have ever put up! I'm on cloud 9.

Cycle is going really good. Gear is still all SB Labs.
750 test e/week
400 NPP/week
50mg Proviron daily

Weighed in at 192 lbs, slowly gaining a bit of weight since upping calories 300 more daily. Eating clean 3000 calories daily. Really trying to hit 200-205 lbs before end of this cycle.

Going to keep my workout routine the same for another 2 weeks and then might change it up a bit.

Hope everyone is doing great! I'll update with some progress pics soon.

I upped calories by 300 about 2 weeks ago. Going to raise again in another week, my appetite has definitely gone up. I was struggling to eat 2700 calories a month ago, now I'm almost to the point where I'm not feeling full at 3000 calories.
NPP is definitely helping for sure.

I see your above 200lbs, awesome job bro, keep pushing hard!

Was my pleasure to help you out sir. While I'm not a rep, not affiliated with sb etc I'm a firm believer in their product and was happy to help you get stuff sorted out for your first order. I definitely enjoy helping guys out the way guys have helped me out and continue to help me out here.

I firmly believe you're going to crush your goal! This cycle setup is top notch imo. While I offered my input based off of what I've learned here you did your own research. You didn't expect anyone to hand feed you. I really respect that!

Excited to see how this goes for you. If u need help trouble shooting sides I got your back as I'm sure many others will have.

I'm glad you got sb caber and AI on hand as well. Whatever u may need you got it.

Sb proviron makes me sooooo horney. It's super intense. 👌 So just keep that in mind. I like 50mg a day but it's honestly pretty intense sometimes 😂
Does PSL check anavar purity?
