The capsule has 25mg Aromasin and 975mg glutamine. The aromasin and glutamine are mixed together well so I think you could open the capsule and divide the powder in 2 parts.

I’m not a good person to ask. I’ve only ever used aromasin or arimadex when I had gyno. I took a high dose daily for a couple weeks to get rid of it. I use masteron typically to manage estrogen.

fair enough, just pinned my first ml with my 1/2" 30g and when i took it out the shit was bent I mean it's in there somewhere but i'm not sure if it was IM or not. A small bit of pip, as expected for my first time

I’ve had that happen a couple times. I pulled the pin out real slow for fear it would break off inside me.

When I use a 31 gauge I push the plunger down real slow and never force it. Then I massage it real good for a minute or two.

It’s just from tissue damage while injecting. The end of those needles are razor sharp, obviously, if you move it around or it bends while inside it’s gonna cut you and leave the spot irritated for a while. Try to relax the muscle, insert straight and inject slow.
