Thanks brother Max!! @Dano22 tried the high rep leg workout too. Definitely tore me up!

Omg! It is torture for sure . I thought it was bad the first day after but…the second day was worse ! Sometimes even 3 or 4 days get bad ; and the only cure was actually training the sore muscle again (after years of letting it get 5-6 days rest ) . I did one muscle group a week for about a year which helped me at one point . I’m always switching it up now ; even doing instinctive training for a few days :

50 mg mast prop
50 mg npp
Cialis 10 mg

Workout:

Leg press 4 sets
Leg extensions 3 sets
Leg curls 4 sets
Reverse hyper extensions 4 sets
Standing calf raises 4 sets

Meals:

Post workout MRE shake
Chicken w/ sweet potatoes
Chicken w/white rice
Kashi cereal 2 bowls

My wife said I’m getting too big so I know the Tbol is adding size. I mainly see it in my arms. My xl shirts are getting a little too tight. Still shedding water little by little. Still gotta trim this fat around my mid section.

Thank you brother!! It can be done either way but I prefer to split doses so I have it in my system throughout the day and night . Tbol does have one of the longer half lives though at 16 hours.

I feel it about a half hour after ingesting. Due to its long half life Tbol is more slow and steady gains as opposed to dbol which has a half life of 3-6 hours and puts on weight quick!

Shoulders/traps/chest today. Still chugging along feeling good for the most part. Been a little tired the past couple days though. I don’t think my liver is being stressed but I’ve added NAC for some extra protection. I’ve also upped my taurine dosages because the pumps have been a little painful especially today while doing front delts. Had to pull back a little and go lighter. Other than that the gains continue!!

Gear today:

25 mg Tbol am 25 mg pm
50 mg Tprop
50 mg mast P

Cialis 10 mg

Workout:

Overhead press 5 sets
Dumbbell lateral raises 4 sets
Trap machine 4 sets
Incline bench machine 4 sets
Flat bench 4 sets

Meals:

MRE shake post workout w/banana and some white rice
Chicken w/sweet potatoes
Chicken and green beans
Probably MRE shake before bed

Took the weekend off to let the body recoup a little. Gonna take a whole week off sometime in the near future. Feels great coming back after taking some time off. Leg day today. Felt great throughout the whole workout with energy to spare. Great focus and strength!

Morning check-in. 247 fasted. A little bit tighter but waist is still too thick. Would love a smaller waist. Guess I gotta eat less 😂

Looking great man , I for one am a fan of big Thick waists and blocky cores. I think I squat often just to keep mine that way. Great shelf brother . Thick and strong 💪

Thank you brother appreciate that!! You know how it is, we always want the opposite of what we got. Big guys wanna be leaner but leaner guys wanna be bigger lol

I know that’s right. I remember buying some bad ass XXL shirts when I was in XL and hanging them up in the room where I could see them everyday . Now I’ve been in XXL for almost 2 years I got a XXXL flag nor fail shirt hanging up 🤣 it’s never enough is it . I’ll be wearing that bitch by this time next year

Mag grip wide pull downs 5 sets
ISO Lateral high row 3 sets
Cable rows 3 sets
Mag grip rows 4 sets
Reverse flies 4 sets

Cardio 20 min incline

Meals:

Post workout MRE shake
Chicken w/white rice w/evoo and garlic
Chicken w/sweet potatoes
Pasta w/pesto sauce
Probably great gains blueberry nut crunch 😁

Not much else to report, Just consistency. That’s the name of the game
