Omg! It is torture for sure . I thought it was bad the first day after but…the second day was worse ! Sometimes even 3 or 4 days get bad ; and the only cure was actually training the sore muscle again (after years of letting it get 5-6 days rest ) . I did one muscle group a week for about a year which helped me at one point . I’m always switching it up now ; even doing instinctive training for a few days :
