Leg day yesterday! Tried out
@maxmuscle1 high rep leg workout. Skipped my dose of tbol Tue night, took 25 mg pre workout on Wednesday and could really feel the effects. Mood and energy was amazing!! Pump from the high rep workout hurtand it became difficult to finish exercises but we got it done.weight is way back up to 255. Gotta cut tighten up a little or maybe get some sema.

50 mg Tbol split
Cialis 10 mg
Routine:
Hack squat 100 reps x5 sets
Leg extension 100 reps x 5 sets
Leg curls 100 reps x 5 sets
Standing calf raises 5 sets
Romanian deadlifts 4 sets
Diet:
Banana and MRE shake pre workout
Shake post workout
Chicken ceaser salad
Lean ground beef with rice and veggies
6 tbl PB and MRE shake
