I agree!! What happened with your source?
Started delaying shipping and disappearing for a week at a time, I know when it’s time to jump ship. I can tell something is up and dont want to risk losing money on an order. Too many good sources around, I’m the type to get comfortable with one source and stick to them, finally started branching out a bit last 6 months or so. Not going to lie, I’m always looking for a promo or deal. Got kids and dogs to feed, and my damn mortgage just went up ….. again 🙄

Yea man, I was stressing lol that was my allotment for gear for the next couple months. The only reason I didn’t go platinum was because the npp is not in stock. But next order for my winter cruise is platinum💪 no doubt!!
Yesterday Platinum told me 3 more weeks for the NPP, Platinum NPP/TPP Blend, and HGH.
Nice!!! I was just debating on whether or not to go with tpp/npp blend. Awesome blend!!
That’s my favorite blend.

Yea I hear you bro. COL is ridiculous and only going to get worse I think. I looked into home brewing but not sure I wanna take the risk. If shit goes down I’d rather have a possession charge than a manufacturing and possession charge.

Man I’d much rather home brew but I don’t trust myself doing so 🤣 I’d mess something up and end up with severely underdosed gear or a infection

Tbol has my muscles feeling full and pumped after laying around all day!! Today is an off day and I was stressed dealing with coin base so just taking it easy. Absolutely loving platinum Tbol!!

Yeah I wouldn’t wanna have to fight big James 🤣 he’s selling me on Tbol though, Havnt decided which oral I want to use for the winter . Platinum Tbol might be it, I’ve never tried the compound
I’m a lover not a fighter bro. I would def go for it man it’s been great so far. Only side I have is slight raise in bp and resting heart rate.

Leg day yesterday! Tried out @maxmuscle1 high rep leg workout. Skipped my dose of tbol Tue night, took 25 mg pre workout on Wednesday and could really feel the effects. Mood and energy was amazing!! Pump from the high rep workout hurtand it became difficult to finish exercises but we got it done.weight is way back up to 255. Gotta cut tighten up a little or maybe get some sema.

Gear yesterday:
50 mg Tprop
210 mg deca
50 mg Tbol split
Cialis 10 mg

Routine:
Hack squat 100 reps x5 sets
Leg extension 100 reps x 5 sets
Leg curls 100 reps x 5 sets
Standing calf raises 5 sets
Romanian deadlifts 4 sets

Diet:
Banana and MRE shake pre workout
Shake post workout
Chicken ceaser salad
Lean ground beef with rice and veggies
6 tbl PB and MRE shake

High reps on legs really builds the muscle. Legs are such big muscles. They need to tortured!

I think I’m gonna start doing lighter weight higher reps with legs for a while. Better pump and they’re definitely getting worked more. I got that mentality that if you’re not going somewhat heavy you’re leaving gains on the table. Obviously not true. I’ve been wanting to switch things up anyway. I love routines but can get stuck in them doing the same exercises week after week for months or even years

A friend of Tom Platz told me he did two leg workouts per week; one heavy day with 6 rep sets and one light day with 20 reps sets. Of course the light day wasn’t light. The guy I knew used 5 plates each side of squats for the 6 rep day, and 3 plates each side for the 20 rep day.

A friend of Tom Platz told me he did two leg workouts per week; one heavy day with 6 rep sets and one light day with 20 reps sets. Of course the light day wasn’t light. The guy I knew used 5 plates each side of squats for the 6 rep day, and 3 plates each side for the 20 rep day.
That’s how I try to schedule my week of workouts . 1 heavy , 1 pump, that pump day never ends up being pump 🤣 starts that way then next thing you know shit goes astray and I’m loading shit up . Wish I could find a reliable workout partner , keep things on schedule

Another fine day today 😁 weather is beautiful up here. Was even a little crisp this morning like fall weather. Woke up, had coffee, breakfast, 25 mg Tbol and a little cialis. Feel that Tbol always 30 min after ingesting. Great way to start the day! Plus it’s back day today.

gear today:
25 mg Tbol am and pm
100 mg Tprop
Cialis 10 mg

Workout:
Mag grip pull downs 5 sets
Hammer strength lateral high row 4 sets
Dumbbell rows 4 sets
Cable row w/mag grip4 sets
Reverse flies 4 sets
Abs

Cardio 30 min treadmill

Meals:

2 packs protein oatmeal w/banana and MRE shake
Post workout shake
Chicken w/rice and green beans
Chicken w/rice
2 tbl PB MRE shake

Another great day! Feeling good, mood is good. Definitely in a good place. Gotta keep pushing

Normally yesterday would’ve been a rest day but I’ve been feeling so good and recovered. Hit shoulders/traps/chest. Realized after starting I should’ve given my CNS a rest day but pushed through and ended up having a great workout. Painful pumps in my delts.

Gear yesterday:
25 mg Tbol am and pm
Cialis 10 mg

Routine:
Hammer strength overhead press 5 sets
Hammer strength lateral raises 5 sets
Shrugs/machine 4 sets
Incline bench 4 sets
Flat bench 5 sets

Meals:
2 packs protein oatmeal w/banana and MRE shake
Post workout MRE shake
1 bowel bran cereal
Chicken w/potatoes and green beans
Chicken w/jasmine rice

Another one in the books! Feeling exhausted atm and very sore. Went high rep again today with little rest time in between sets. Pump was something serious! I fasted today up until around 3 pm. Weight is back down to 248. I use the scale at the gym in the afternoons and normally already have a meal in me and a liter of water. Gotta grab a scale for the house so I can weigh myself in the mornings before I eat. Had amazing energy in the gym today!

Gear today:
25 mg Tbol am 25 mg pm
50 Tprop
Cialis 10 mg

Routine:
Bicep curls machine 5 sets
Hammer curls on cable with rope 5 sets
Wrist flexions/extensions 3 sets each
Pushdowns 5 sets
Close grip bench 4 sets
Skull crushers 5 sets

Cardio 20 min treadmill

My gear should be arriving in a couple days! Can’t wait to get mast back in here. Think I’m gonna skip my Deca shot tomorrow because the npp should be here Wednesday. I’m gonna crash, hope everyone had a good day!

Hope everyone had a great Labor Day!! I worked out yesterday but had to rush to the gym after finding out they close at 2. Gym was extremely crowded which I expected. Still got a killer leg workout in.

Gear yesterday:
25 mg Tbol am and pm
50 mg Tprop
Cialis 10 mg

Hack squats 4 sets
Leg extensions 4 sets
Seated Leg curls 4 sets
Standing calf raises 4 sets

Meals:
2 packs protein oatmeal w/banana and MRE shake
Post workout shake
Chicken and one sweet potato
2 angus burgers
2 bowels bran cereal

On another note I just got my supps in from Azteca. All good as usual. Just pinned

50 mast prop

Body should tighten up here real soon now that Deca has been discontinued. Last pin of Deca was5 days ago. Gonna put things into gear now!! No more fucking around!!

Wow, Feeling incredible! Can feel the mast already. Libido spiked last night got horny as hell out of nowhere. Energy and mood are great! Feel like I’m holding a little bit less water. Weight is still the same 248.

Already feel better having the right compounds for the job in me. The more I drop the calories the more I’ll up my dosages so the gear is taking care of the anabolism since the food is no longer doing it. I’m feeling amazing and looking forward to what I can create, if anything 😂 hope everyone had a fine day!

Strength,energy, endurance, pumps, it’s all there. I’m so glad @JJB1 gave me the opportunity to log this. Moving fwd it will definitely be in most of my cycles especially since it doesn’t add any unwanted sides. Just a really clean compound. Very impressed!

The trend continues… feeling amazing!! Mast prop is like a rec drug for me. Tbol has added some really nice size I’m actually really impressed. Aztecas oils are flawless just like platinums and platinums orals feel like they’re prescription/pharmaceutical grade. Anyway, yesterday was arm day!!

Gear daily:

25 mg Tbol am 25 mg pm
50 mg Tprop
50 mg npp
50 mg mastP
Cialis 10 mg

Workout:

Barbell curls 4 sets
Hammer curls 4 sets
Wrist flexion and extension 3 sets each
Cable rope pushdowns 4 sets
Close grip bench 4 sets
Skull crushers 4 sets

I forgot to check my weight but visually as of this morning looking leaner. Could see my abs and obliques this morning and looked a lot more dry. Muscles are nice and full. I was gonna up my Tbol dose to 75 mg daily but I see no point. I’m making great gains at 50 so why push it. Check back in tomorrow 💪
