Pack just landed!!! Thank you again @JJB1 for letting me log this, I’m really excited about this. Only ran this compound once before when I first started running gear and it was half assed. I will be taking 50 mg daily split into 2 doses.

My stats are 42 years old 6’ 250lbs. Goal here is to recomp. Fell off my diet last year eating way too much sugar late night along with processed carbs and got up to 265. Cut all that shit outta my diet a couple months ago eating only Whole Foods and have already lost 15 lbs. starting to harden up a bit now so tbol will be perfect to add I believe.

Currently running Test cyp 125 2x a week- flash labs
Deca 200 2x a week-hammer and bell
EQ150 2x a week- Azteca Gold
Cialis 5mg pre workout- hammer and bell
Caber .25 every 4-5 days- GymN tonic
I will add in the test prop at 50 ED

I run a typical split
Back/rear delts
Shoulders/traps/chest
Biceps/triceps/forearms
Legs/lower back

I normally take a rest day every 3rd day. I do cardio 30 mins on the treadmill inclined with the first 3 days of the split but not on leg day. I will log my diet and workouts starting tomorrow. Hope everyone has a good night and thanks for taking the time!!

Had a great workout today!! Today was shoulders/chest/traps. Took a shot of prop and 25 mg T-bol this morning a couple hours before the gym. Definitely felt the Tbol with an amazing pump and a little cramping in my legs and Abs. Was very minor. I havnt cramped up in a long time so it’s definitely the tbol. Hit the treadmill for 30 mins post workout and thankfully no cramping there. Gonna have to grab some taurine soon.

Workout
Overhead press machine 4 sets
Side laterals on the cables 4 sets
Shrugs 4 sets
Incline chest 4 sets
Smith machine 4 sets
Treadmill 3.5 at 15 incline 30 mins
Everything to failure always while pyramiding up the wait. Last sets are drop sets

Breakfast - protein oatmeal with banana and ON protein shake.
Post workout shake with a veggie supp
Post workout meal 8 oz chicken breast with red potatoes and green beans.
Dinner will be chicken and jasmine rice
nighttime snack- all natural peanut butter and a shake plus 25 mg Tbol

Does the tbol have any effect on your psyche/physical condition? I know it has a lower anabolic rating so I'm curious.

Ok brothers, today was an off day so no gains made in the gym but I definitely made lawncare gains at home lol little weed whacking and edging. Also had to wash one of my pups because my other dog is in heat and he’s been going crazy!!

Took 25 mg Tbol this morning. Definitely gives me a warm feeling in my face followed by very mild euphoria/mood boost. Can’t wait to hit the iron tomorrow!!

Also Deca 200 mg
Test prop 80 mg
EQ is finished
Will take 25 mg this evening

meals
Protein oatmeal w/fruit and two HB eggs
Lunch ON protein shake with veggie supp
Dinner chicken and w/rice
Snack 2 cups Greek yogurt and peanut butter

This is the pup. My wife’s dog. I’m not normally a small dog typa guy but he’s awesome!

Only day 3 and feeling the Tbol nicely!!
Libido was strong last night, so strong I took care of business at 5 am after waking up use the bathroom. Havnt done that in I can’t even remember. Took 25 mg an hour before the gym this morning and had an amazing workout!! Energy was through the roof and the pump was serious. So far I am absolutely loving this compound and experiencing zero sides. I know it’s only going to get better!

Arm day today:
dumbbell curls 4 sets
Hammer curls 4 sets
Dumbbell wrist flexion 3 sets
Dumbbell wrist extension 3 sets
Cable push downs 5 sets
Dip machine 4 sets
Skull crushers 4 sets

Today normally would’ve been a rest day but I felt so good I had to hit the iron! My protocol for the Tbol is still the same. 25 mg am 25 mg pm. Today was back day, my favorite day:) I went up in all my lifts today. Higher reps at my normal weight so increased weight. Energy/stamina/focus is strong. Libido has increased. Muscles look a little fuller.

25 mg Tbol
100 mg Tprop
240 mg Deca

Looking to switch my compounds up a little soon. Probably switch to npp and throw in some mast. They will definitely compliment the recomp.

Today was an off day and definitely needed. Went pretty hard the last few days. Just relaxed and did some meal prepping. Also today is a mild cheat day. Feeling like my body needs some extra calories.

Another one in the books!! Great workout today, did shoulders/traps/chest. Increased energy and pumps are what I’m noticing most thus far. Feel like I could do 10 sets each exercise instead of my normal 4 so I’ve increased my number of sets to 2 warmup 3 working sets. Still pyramiding the weight and staying between 10-15 reps.

Gear today:
T-prop 50 mg
Deca 240
Tbol 25 am 25 mg pm

Overhead press 5 sets
Lateral raises cables 5 sets
Shrugs machine 4 sets
Incline bench 5 sets
Smith machine 5 sets

Cardio: treadmill 15 incline at 3.5

Diet:
Oatmeal w/protein shake and banana
Post workout shake
Chicken w/rice
6 oz ground beef
4 tbl spoons peanut butter

Feeling full!! Need to reel my diet back in, getting sloppy with the cereal at night. Weight is back up to 252. Time to tighten up. Diet has always been the hardest part for me.

So I finally got whatever is going around. My wife has been sick for over a week, mainly upper respiratory like Covid but tests for Covid came back negative. Only symptoms I have are sore throat and a little congestion. Actually feeling much better since this morning so I’ll be back in the gym tomorrow! So a very uneventful day filled with resting and eating.

2 eggs on sourdough bread with ON protein shake
Chicken and w/rice
Chicken and green beans
4 tbl PB and a shake

That sucks brother, my 2 year old little girl came down with it last night. My pops has the Covid and it’s kickin his butt . I’m worried about his stubborn ass. I was a little hesitant to go into the gym last night myself, seems like whatever this is, it’s pretty damn contagious. Wish you a speedy recovery big dog, probably shouldn’t have been stickin your tongue in your wife’s mouth though

😂 True! Yea man everyone up around me is getting sick. I knew it was coming. I had Covid last year and I was pretty fucked up for a few days. Hope your family members get better soon!!

Thursdays log: Been having trouble with my service the last few days which makes no sense considering I have unlimited data and Wi-Fi. I don’t have the patience for aol dial up speeds.

Still a little under the weather but who’s got time for that. I can see why Tbol was used as an athletic performance enhancer. Another characteristic I’m noticing is explosiveness. Especially with chest I’m able to explode on the positive. Feels amazing!! Mood and strength, pumps and energy!! Well rounded compound with ZERO sides thus far!! Extremely impressive

On another note I had to take my wife to the hospital because she’s been sick for almost two weeks and started experiencing shortness of breath. During the check in process they informed us of a new state law requiring questions about gender identity. What my wife identifies as and what gender she was born. Also her sexual preference. It was awkward and ridiculous. This country is a circus anymore

Thanks brother, they gave her some meds that are helping. Actually gave her prednisone for five days and something for her cough but can’t remember the name. She’s on the mend

Mega dose D3 brother.

I personally am taking 16,000 IU of D3 daily, 45mg of Zinc. Never get sick even when working around other people coming down with flu/covid every year. Probably haven't got the flu since I was like 10. Stay healthy and get better.

Thanks brother!! I normally don’t get sick either but since meeting my wife that’s changed. Probably cause she’s all over the place and coming into way more contact with more people. Being a loner I never got sick lol. We take lots of vitamins and I know she has D3. I’ll make sure she’s taking it!

It’s my lower back so I’m good for back day today 🤪 had a great pump in my lats today! It’s been a while since I had a good lat pump. Energy on point and feeling strong!
