Pack just landed!!! Thank you again @JJB1 for letting me log this, I’m really excited about this. Only ran this compound once before when I first started running gear and it was half assed. I will be taking 50 mg daily split into 2 doses.
My stats are 42 years old 6’ 250lbs. Goal here is to recomp. Fell off my diet last year eating way too much sugar late night along with processed carbs and got up to 265. Cut all that shit outta my diet a couple months ago eating only Whole Foods and have already lost 15 lbs. starting to harden up a bit now so tbol will be perfect to add I believe.
Currently running Test cyp 125 2x a week- flash labs
Deca 200 2x a week-hammer and bell
EQ150 2x a week- Azteca Gold
Cialis 5mg pre workout- hammer and bell
Caber .25 every 4-5 days- GymN tonic
I will add in the test prop at 50 ED
I run a typical split
Back/rear delts
Shoulders/traps/chest
Biceps/triceps/forearms
Legs/lower back
I normally take a rest day every 3rd day. I do cardio 30 mins on the treadmill inclined with the first 3 days of the split but not on leg day. I will log my diet and workouts starting tomorrow. Hope everyone has a good night and thanks for taking the time!!
