I think it was more of the fact that I just didn't want to admit that I was stuck but I do believe I can move forward you know I see what people log and stuff all the time and I think fuck I'm not getting those results I'm not pushing that amount of weight but I'm not them I am me it took a while for me to open my eyes but I think they're finally open
 
U gotta log the weights youre doing on those sets. you need some sort of a metric that youre seeing progress there
And I agree with you on that my fear is in the gym I try to do safe weight because in person I don't really like trying to go up and talk to people and ask hey can you come spot me like when it comes to bench press I couldn't even tell you what my Max is I have no clue if I just grew some balls and ask some people there for help I'd probably progress on even more

well its worth it if u do ask them. but that also only applies for 1 movement out of the 30 u do 🤣 start writing the weights down, gives you something to beat

I agree I'm going to start putting them all down all out some of them I could probably go back and edit and tell you but I'm going to start fresh and honestly I'm probably not going to go so crazy I know I do too much when I'm there I'm going to calm all that down

You know sometimes when I am there so long and I'm just lifting sometimes it's not even to make up for anything it's a mental health thing where I would rather be there than where I could be when I'm at the gym my mind and my brain is focused on something and not on dark things

Thanks brother I really appreciate it I got a lot of thinking to do on how I'm going to do this but I'm going to fucking kill this
 
So a lot of my questions were pretty simple I was more asking for pointers and I was giving some old school cardio routines old school training routines but my biggest question was about the diet and what I was eating even well I logged three meals on my app and sometimes they were only three meals I need to break those down into more meals but sometimes they were more meals I would just split the same food up in different containers and eat it throughout the day I'm going to run a little bit with this plan I kind of got and I will post every bit of info up about it when I see some results because I'm not a person who likes to just throw things out there without doing it myself first

So Tuesday I was unable to get to the gym because my dad actually fell and broke his ankle Wednesday night I did some lifting but it was at home with equipment I had this weekend I have a vacation planned but the hotel I'm staying at has a gym but it's nothing fancy it's just a couple cardio machines that I will not be able to do because I'm still in the boot but they have a lot of dumbbells but I don't know if it's in my head or not but I woke up feeling pretty good today I've noticed my stomach kind of looks like it shrunk down a little bit I can definitely notice somebody fat gone in areas touching spots in my sides and my chest definitely feel stronger so that's a plus

On vacation in a hotel made sure I got a room with a gym only Dumbells but still got it done don't pick on my pics to much

Thanks man that's why I attempted to find a hotel with a gym only had Dumbell that only go up to 50lb but still made it work
I recently took the family on a short trip. No fitness center in the hotel. Was a planet fitness across the street. I had to hang out in that purple hellscape for a few days to get my lifts in.......
