Platinum dad bod log ( this will be a challenge)

So as of what I got and what I am going to run

200mg. Test Cyp a week

Tren A 50 mg. EOD

Titanium Blend NPP/TPP 100mg. EOD

T-Bol 25 mg ED

Have caber on hand for prolactin and will adjust dosage as needed in the cycle
From my last Platinum log I still have a bag of his Cialis will be taking one of those a day

Well diet has been on point adjust to body weight when it did drop
I am not hung up on the scale at all but did notice dropped few pounds this week and now at the end of the week bodyweight did go back up to almost where I started
Again don't care if I stay here as long as fat loss happens and things start to look better
Again always open to pointers and tips
 
I know you're trying to make up for your foot injury but watch the volume. More is not always better.
You're right I am trying to make up for the injury that's not a lie and I appreciate that I guess it's just more trying to make up for what I can't do you know but you're right

Injection day plus a few extras I had I am running

Tren ace smooth injection no pip no lump very smooth

Test cyp used this before always great no problems

Titanium Blend very smooth no pip no lumps

T-bol will be used pre-workout

Now for the extras I have like 2 vials left of @Platinumpharm mast prop will have to get more but going to add that as well

And 10mg Cialis that I was saving to run with his T-bol pre-workout

Running Cialis with the T-bol was the gym pump thing that Platinum told me about a while ago so I was saving a bag to run it so now is the perfect time

As for mast prop going to add 400mg a week but like I said will have to get some more

So I'm doing a lot of searching in myself today I have been messaging a bunch of people I have been asking a lot of questions I think I have been doing this wrong I have been going about this the wrong way you know your body is a science and today I'm doing my best to figure this science out when I started at 355 lb and I dropped all the way down to where I was at and then both back up a little bit you know just not eating and losing weight was easy but now I got to figure everything else out

Nothing wrong with pulling into the slow lane for a bit to assess your goals and your plan for getting there. A lot smarter than slamming the gas down in the fast lane with no clue where you are headed.

I’m in a similar spot. I know how to lose weight. Honestly, that was WAY easier when comparing how to figure out the right way to put on lean muscle mass and not gain a ton of unwanted weight. It’s definitely a science experiment. I think I’m starting to discover for myself that I’ve got to get my nutrition more on point and fuel the body better. My nutrition isn’t terrible, but there are definitely areas Incan shore up. That, and I’m beginning to wonder if I’m overtraining. More on that later.

I will when I get home I just walked out of the gym I'm sitting in my truck but I will put those here and I will even put more questions I still have

And honestly I think that's what I was doing I was just trying to go too fast too quick just trying to get results I think I need to step on the brake a little bit and replan what I'm doing

See I think I might be overtraining I don't think I'm training right even while I think I'm eating clean and lean I think it could be better

Yep. No matter what I’m doing l know it can always improve. I’m always studying it and researching as well as getting as much information that I can to make educated decisions. There is much to learn. 😳😁
 
Takes a good man to admit a shortcoming. God knows I have a ton myself. I've been watching your journey and agree with you. You're using drugs and insane work ethic to overcome setting up a realistic, stable and consistent plan of dialing in diet, training and recovery. That alone would give you the results you want minus the drugs. Hopping from one drug/competition isn't going to get you there without the basics.

I say this as a friend (at least as much for a message board) lol You've come a long way and I give you all the credit in the world. You have what it takes. Just slow down and get things dialed in.

You know it's really been on my mind the last few days like really bad I know things were not dialed in like they should I admit it I am not perfect and I know when it comes to anabolics I probably took ridiculous amounts more than I should have you know it was like I was told on here earlier in the week it's a marathon not a race but for a person like me it's kind of hard to accept when I naturally took a long time to get where I'm at just to say you're stuck now but yeah like I said I really need to relax calm down plan things out and not rush it so fast you know what I was naturally losing the weight back in the day I used to get hung up on the scale I don't anymore but the body dysmorphia I think is worse than having the weight

Wow. That hits hard. So glad you've come to that conclusion, especially on your own. We can all give hints and our opinions, but until the actual person gets it...that's when change occurs.

You're here now. Start fresh, don't beat yourself up. You will certainly get there.
