It's Monday and I'm starting my cycle so figured id start a log. If nobody reads at least I'll have info for myself to look back on.
I'm 39. Been a powerlifter for 10 some odd years. Had to hit the road for 2 years to start my business. Once it was established I now work at home and got right back into it. I've done a few powerlifting meets. Helped start and spot the 1st 3 US opens in San Deigo. Got to meet all the big names. Wheels, Oak, Brandon Allen, Ohern, CJ Fletcher, Ph Dead, etc etc. Im nowhwere on their level at all. But got to train with them and go to dinner with them learned a lot. Anyways cycle is below. I'll post workouts and diet and thoughts on current cycle everyday Goal is bulk a bit then loss all the fat at the end. Dont ever plan on competing again, Taking a different approach and instead of just focusing on strength trying to balance on being strong but built as well.

Test E week 1-20 1000mg
Anadrol week 1-8 100mg/day split 2x per day
EQ week 1-20 600 mg
Proviron week 1-20 50mg/day split 2x per day
Tren Hex 300mg week 9-20
Anavar 100mg/day week 9-20
Cialis 10mg ED
Aromasin and caber as needed

9 hrs sleep
1:45 at the gym weight at gym 232.4
Test 500 mg
Anadrol 100mg split in 2
Proviron 50mg split in 2

Workout
Bentover rows 6 sets of 5 reps RPE 7
combo set lat pull-Hack squat downs 4 sets 2-3 RIR
Combo set DB incline-Good morning 4 sets 2-3 RIR
DB bench 4 sets 2-3 RIR
Combo set Barbel curls-Calf raises 4 sets 2-3 RIR
Barbel Skullcrushers 3 sets 2-3 RIR

RPE= rate of perceived exertion
RIR= Reps in Reserve

Diet was good no skip ups 10 min walk after every meal.

incline bench 4 sets 7 RPE
Cable crossovers 4 sets 2-3 RIR
Pec fly machine 4 sets 2-3 RIR

combo set 1 arm tricep pushdown- ab wheel 4 sets 2-3 RIR
DB alternating curls 4 sets 2-3 RIR
Barbell Russian twist 4 sets 2-3 RIR

Diet was the same. little concerned of the lost weight. but only .5 lbs. Was prob placebo but felt like i had a crazy pump and felt a little stronger. Only day 2 so prob just in my mind. So far so good

Found a way to screenshot my worouts. Doesnt tell you sets tho but o well way easier
yesterday was typically a rest day for me but i have a tattoo appointment today so had to move things around. Weight felt too easy will up it next week

diet fucking sucked. I've always struggled with eating enough on my off days. Plus i was at the tattoo parlor for 7 hrs. But i did go to costco and found $8lb NY strip steaks and $3 per pound 93/7 ground beef. so i stocked up on thoseScreenshot_4.png

6.5 hrs of sleep with 45 min nap. woke up in the middle of the night and struggled to sleep again

weight all felt easy at the gym. But this is my 1st week of a 6 week block and it gets harder each week.
weight jumped up a lot thought id lose weight with my bad food day yesterday. Water weight, muscle gain, or fat? need to keep an eye on things dont want to dirty bulk. But need to eat enough so the anadrol is effective
I've attached 2 diffrent Screenshots of my workouts. One shows the weights one doesn't. Idk which to use from now on and debating posting progress pics along the way. Maybe every monday

Personally I like the idea of posting weights not only for folks to see your profess but for you own reflection in the future. Post some pics too, good to compare week to week.

I’ve feel that sleep schedule. Mine gets like that sometimes too. Nice work on the lifts. I see ur running jugg AI. Have you ever checked out Sheiko gold?

I'm looking into it now, I checked out hybrid strength and didn't like their UI. I'd like to find another to switch it up every few months

If I was to use an app I’d use sheiko gold all day. See jugg and the like have 4 week programs. Sheiko gold is daily. Also it’s $200 for lifetime.

Didn't eat enough, always happens on my off days. being off normal routine screws me up. other then that nothing much going on

Had a meeting and of course it was at a pizza place. I controlled myself and only at a couple of slices. Pretty proud of that as i don't want to cheat at all this entire cycle.
Gym was too easy. Gonna go off programing if it keeps up

Gym super easy again. weight is fluctuating a lot. I'm thinking of adding more carbs. Currently at 1 cup rice a meal. debating going up to a cup and a half while on the Anadrol. Weight should be slowly going up not down 2 lbs in a day. But also dont want to add too much fat. Decisions decisions! I am adding one of those fairlife protein drinks that ill drink in bed before sleep

Your weight should be going down, you’re a big boy. I’m eating over 1000 more calories than you to grow and weigh 30lbs less. Go up to 4k calories and see what happens. Think my carbs around 500, don’t have my diet on my phone so can’t see exact numbers.

1st day of cold. Got half a workout in. Ate what i could. Def not enough. Didnt track shit

2nd day of cold off day at gym, thankfully. Only ate 2 meals and sleep almost all day

Woke up feeling almost better. Forced myself to gym. Threw up at gym from coughing up flem. Still finished the workout confident ill be 100% tomorrow.
Diet; added 1/2 cup of rice 3x a day to up carbs. I'm force feeding at this point. But im doing it. Still low on carbs and cals. Trying to figure out where to add? I'm thinking 1 cup of greek yogurt right before bed. And adding 1 oz of aged cheese 2x a day. Switching from 1stphorm protein to redcon MRE lite next week for post workout shake. It's more then half the cost and even looks like better quality? add a little more protein, some cals and some carbs
