Pinning test cyp days reccomdation

Hello everyone , current cycle 500 mg test for 16 weeks and then cruising on TRT 250 mg a week .Now For the 500 mg cycle of 16 weeks ,should I pin 250 mg every 5 days or 3.5-4?

I prefer every 3.5 days at a minimum.

you can choose the days you want.

I'm an everyday guy..a day without an injection is a day lost

But here's to me, 2 days a week with a long ester is great

I'm a EOD while on cycle guy. Makes for a smooth ride & not a complete pin cushion. While TRT cruising 3X / week for me.
