At the 4 week more on the euro pharmacies gear and reviewing now the tren enanthate and test cyp, I will say I am beyond pleased with the gear, the payment to receiving was phenomenal. I’ve known ontopyagirl85 from years back and he’s the main reason I have stayed with z. Everything you expect weight increase, getting stronger vascularity is insane , people are commenting and giving the “look” like what is this guy taking, morning wood and sex drive is ridiculous, I have more energy I’m working out twice a day 5 days a week and I take a 30 minute nap and go to my night job and serve tables and no issues. My body is recovering fast , I did have an issue with my rotator cuff that being on has helped a lot to. My tren dose is only 150 mg a week so nothing serious and the only sides I have gotten is increased night sweats, vivid dreams, and when I don’t smoke weed which I only do at nights on occasion for sleep purposes, I tend to wake up every few hours to use the restroom so that’s annoying but switching over to short esters this Saturday this is my review so far. Fasted cardio
40 minutes on stair master HIIT one minute on level 8 and would scale down to level 4 then back up , kept target heart rate at 120-130.
25 minutes on the treadmill incline 9.0-12.0 and speed from 3.2-3.5. Heart rate was kept 110-120

Nothing crazy waking up drenched but when it’s 70 degrees in my room some nights and I wake up drenched it’s not of the norm, but it’s not every night and as far dreams I usually don’t remember them but I have had some weird ones lately. The most noticeable of anything is the aggression. Just switched to ace today

Dude keep grinding brother!! I have been waking up fucking drenched every dam night. It’s so annoying because some times it feels like I pissed the bed. I’m currently laying on a large beach towel on the bed as I type this lol.

Sleep has been really broken more noticeable in the last week every couple hours I wake up sometimes to pee sometimes it’s just from uncomfortable so wasn’t able to get legs in that day

Going to see coach Friday so I will have an update on measurements, so far 11 days into the short esters kicking in I’m starting to notice the strength increase and visibly seeing my stomach tighten. I could have used another 2-3 weeks coming I’m off cycle but I wanted the challenge so tommorrow I will get my updated measurements and see where I am 6 weeks out, I’ve been pushing hard hoping to be sub 10% body fat so really I’ve been impressed thus far just hoping to be well conditioned and stage ready. So from here on out is where it matters the training the diet the cardio so all I can do is give it 110%

So just met with my coach so since my last visit 23 days ago I am up in weight 4.4 lbs down in body fat 1% and up in lean body mass 6 lbs. I am 6 weeks in on my cycle 2 weeks since switching short esters and from where I started I am up a total of 11.2 lbs dropped 2% body fat and added 13.7 lbs of lean body mass. Coach made some changes with the diet and added night time cardio so ready to bang out these next 6 weeksIMG_2685.JPGIMG_2684.JPG
