Peptides TRT and Anavar

I have ipamorelin and CJC-1295 separate. Looking for good dosing recommendations to start. I'm currently on 300mg/week Test E and 50mg/day of Anavar (week 3 of Anavar).

I'm thinking:
CJC 1295 (DAC) - 750mcg 2x/week
Ipamorlin - 200mcg 2x/day
