Get Shredded!
Would this be the correct product and way to use it? Are there better options and/or way?

I have bicep tendonitis. Neck is also driving me crazy. I assume it's an issue with arthritis but...

Ipamorelin (GHRP)
100mcg 1x/Day 5x/Days a week
2-3hrs after eating, and don’t eat for 1/2hr after injection

Mod-GRF (1-29) aka CJC-1295 without DAC
100mcg 1x/Day 5x/Days a week
2-3hrs after eating, and don’t eat for 1/2hr after injection

Have you researched TB-500 and BPC-157. These are two of the healing peptides. I ran a protocol of both these peptides along with some low dose GH after having a screw placed in my foot for proper healing. My foot healed over a month sooner after having the same surgery on the other foot two years prior. My ortho MD was pretty impressed on how quickly I healed.

My protocol is posted here on ASF somewhere, I will see if I can find it.

TB 500 and BPC-157 Cycle for Total Body Repair
This protocol utilizes a total of 55mg TB-500 (11 x 5mg vials) and 20mg BPC 157 (4 x 5mg vials) with a 3 week loading phase followed by a 5 week maintenance phase. Note that the BPC-157 dosage amounts are in micrograms (mcg).

Loading Phase
Week 1 - Week 3:
Monday: TB-500 5mg / BPC-157 500mcg
Tuesday & Wednesday: BPC-157 500mcg
Thursday: TB-500 5mg / BPC-157 500mcg
Friday, Saturday & Sunday: BPC-157 500mcg
Maintenance Phase
Week 4 - Week 8:
Monday: TB-500 2.5mg / BPC-157 250mcg
Tuesday & Wednesday: BPC-157 250mcg
Thursday: TB-500 2.5mg / BPC-157 250mcg
Friday, Saturday & Sunday: BPC-157 250mcg

Loading Phase: In weeks 1 through 3, the total weekly dose of 10mg TB-500 ensures a rapid initial buildup of Thymosin Beta 4 for immediate healing and recovery as well a weekly total dose of 3.5mg (3,500mcg) BPC-157 to further stimulate recovery and provide added support for joint and connective tissue (tendon and ligament) healing.

Maintenance Phase: Week 4 begins the maintenance portion of the Total Body Repair cycle with a total weekly dose of 5mg TB-500 and a weekly total dose of 1.75mg (1,750mcg) BPC-157. This continues through week 8 and the end of the cycle.

Again, this cycle is a guideline based on real world results

Thanks DragonSlayer,
Are those common dosages or are they hotter than usual?

The dosages are pretty typical but the protocol is a little unique as it designed for a complete body repair. I know with some of the healing peptides results are sometimes best when giving localized injections.

Do you take the TB-500 as a single shot in the morning or evening? Fasted or does it matter?

I always administered my doses first thing in the morning fasted. When taking the TB and BPC doesn't require your to be fasted but because I added GH to the mix I always like to administer that on an empty stomach. I have researched that taking GH when blood glucose is low can be more effective.

+1 for the TB/BPC regimen. I strained my labrum a few years back and ran a protocol similar to @01dragonslayer after going to an ortho doc and getting "take ibuprofen and rest". Had very positive results then and ran a short BPC only cycle after a recent flare up.

For my wrist injury and my shoulder tendinitis I did the following:

For the first couple weeks while it was flared up

BPC 500mcg 2x per day
TB500 3.33mg 3x week = 10mg week
3ius GH per day
200 Testosterone C per week (normally for TRT I take 150mg per week)
175 NPP per week

After couple weeks I dropped the BPC down to 250mcg 2x per day.

After I was doing better I dropped the NPP, lowered my TRT down to my normal dose and lowered by GH back down to 2ius.

Why would you need or care about glucose with admin of gh… you do know that “real pharm grade” genotropin is mixed with insulin ?
