PCT with HCG and clomifene citrate

Hey everybody, i appologise if this is already covered, i tried reading other PCT posts, but couldnt work it out to apply to my cycle

Ive got roughly 12-14 days left of a test prop (580mg/wk) and tren ace (480mg/wk) pinning every 2 days
masteron and dbol were in the cycle earlier, but i dropped them out and carried on with tren.
Im also using 0.5mg of arimidex every day

and i want to know the most effective way to use what ive got for the pct
so i can be banging birds properly asap after cycle

ive got 4 injectables of HCG-lepori 2500
and 20 pills of clomifene citrate (serpafar)

im sorry if i sound like a newb, i dont want to get it wrong, should i start the HCG before my last injection
what should i do and when

How many mg's per tablet are the clomid rated for? You should start the HCG now. Test prop clears very quickly. It isn't like enanthate or cypionate where you can start running the HCG and wait while it clears from you. You are limited on time with the prop, so get on that quickly. The PCT should go about a month. Clomid has a half life that is similar to cyp and enan. The first week is the front load and the remaining weeks are normal dosing. You should double the dose for the first week. I've read that taking more than 50mg's of Clomid has very diminished results and doesn't make a significant difference. 100/50/50/50. I'm assuming you don't have enough Clomid, so get more next time and if you have to sacrifice on the dose this time, take less in the end versus the beginning when you need it the most

I'll start the Hcg now, is it just one jab a week for 4 weeks?
So two jabs whilst on and two jabs once finished.
Should I start the Clomid now or after the last test/tren jab (if so how long after)?
And how often do I take a Clomid working with what I've got?

If you gave read any PCT info like you said you sound have these basic answers. There's a few different protocols on HCG and clomid done people front load at 100mg and then taper to 50mg/day and clomid is taken after the last ester has cleared your body, prop will be 2-3 days.

The "gap" between last pin and start of PCT meds should be about 3-4 half-lives of your ester(s) depending on the strength of your cycle. You want the esters to clear enough to put you down into sub-physiological range, where your HPTA will begin to wake up. For test-e this can be anywhere from 2-4 weeks, but test-prop will be much quicker -- maybe 4-6 days.

HCG is best twice a week due to 3-day half-life. Are those 1-shot pins or can you pin half the contents? A blast of 2,500 IU/wk for four weeks seems reasonable and should wake your balls up before PCT proper.

If you're going to run out of clomid I'd snap the tabs in half so you can go four weeks: 100/50/25/25. There's a strong chance that initial 100mg/day dose is going to turn you into a horribly whiny bitch... fair warning. If so, drop dose to 50 or even 25, whatever you can stand. Important thing is to ride out *some* level of the drug so you're blocking the E2 receptors at the hypothalamus and revving the HPTA back to life -- the entire point of PCT.

I like taking an AI during PCT (and the cycle, and the "gap", and sometimes even after PCT). Otherwise you run a risk of getting into a low-T high-E2 situation which can make you feel more woman than man. No sex drive, no energy, lots of irritability, lots of depression. The AI will also cut into the fuel supply for the hypothalamus thinking "everything is good" since it's E2 that it measures to determine whether to ramp up LH & FSH (and therefore testosterone) production. This should accelerate your PCT.

BTW the once-per-week pin schedule may be just fine for that blast, hell it might even be better for your purposes to spike it once a week rather than having more even blood levels. There's a lot of controversy in the endo-world about HCG dosing, pin frequency, and duration so I don't think the mechanism of action is well understood.
