Bro remember when I was crying in my log about having a hard time making calories? This stuff and add some walnuts, oatmeal, your favorite frozen or fresh fruit, an avocado and oat milk or whatever you use... 2100 ez calories 👌 There were days when I came in over 4000 calories because I added this stuff on.
 
I'd wager it was likely the dbol rather than the rice. Once your stomach feels normal try introducing back the rice and you'll have your answer. Cream of rice is also something you could try since it's basically mush it's very easy to digest. I like the Gerber baby version as it's very fine.
 
Have you tried a weight gain powder for extra carbs? I also just grabbed like a 7 pound jug of Carbo load... The weight gain is 1200 Calories and give or take 200+ g of carbs per serving, I think. I usually make a big shcheck and then add walnuts, avocado and papaya...comes up at >2000 calories and you can drink it throughout the day.
I do 1 scoop at night of mass gainer. 650 cals. 2 scoop is 12something. Love that stuff. Idk if it actually works. I rather get my cals from food but I get it where I can

Brother, I totally hear you if it wasn't for the fact that it's almost impossible for me to eat as much food as my cycle was calling for I would probably never use the stuff... I will say I managed almost 11 very lean pounds using it.

Ive got the cream of rice. Ill give it a few more days and bring it back on the menu

I just finished the blood draw. Nurse was great, needed to jab only once.

Thursday - went to get blood drawn so the day was shot. 6 hours round trip to get to a lab plain sucks. But, I got to drop the pup off at the vet for a checkup so it worked out even better than just getting bloodwork done. Partial results are back already, waiting on testosterone, E2 and SHBG. I'll post when they all come in.

Today was shoulders. I moved yesterday's routint to today, legs will be tomorrow. I changed up the reps and hit the delts with lower weight, 20 reps for 3 sets and then 4th set to failure. Got a serious delt and trap pump, just on the edge of being painful, felt great!

Diet for last week was OK - Monday and Tuesday I was way off the mark. That was where I was bloated, acid indigestion and couldn't eat. I dropped the Dianabol and cut the rice out. I've added whole milk, pasta, sweet and regular potatoes as replacements which seems to be going well. I picked up more protein powder and the weight gain mix.

Workout today was a good one, got a little heavier on some of the weights and stuck to 10 reps. I have room to add more, but taking it slow to avoid injury. Shoulder feels great but sounds horrible. Right elbow is still painful with the skull crushers and heavier curls. The NPP I believe is helping, even at the low dose.

I had blood drawn last Thursday, results finally came back, I am still waiting on the SHBG results. Thought I would post the report for your review. I am very pleased with the test and free test numbers. Great stuff PSL and EP - keep up the great work!

I do have some values that are out of range, I expected that due to being on cycle and adding the Dbol. I know I did not drink the gallon plus of water a day, closer to 1/2 gallon, plus coffee, a quart or 2 of milk and daily supplements were missed at times.

Weekly Euro Pharmacies Gear - split into daily doses.

500mg Test Prop
700mg Mast Prop
200mg NPP
30mg Dbol - weeks 1 through 5

My workout is the "Super Mass Training" that @XOTG85 posted a while back. I added a few exercises daily and I bumped the reps up to get 8 to 10 and 10 to 12 depending on the week. Diet is 3,500 calories a day and I have gained 11 pounds in 6 weeks. Looking to add 15 if possible by the end of the planned 8 week "BLITZ". Maybe that isn't long enough?

Injections were daily, rotating between glutes, delts and quads. The first week was a little painful, but only due to virgin pin points in the quads and delts, glutes were fine. After the first week or so, no more pain. It wasn't PIP, just sore from hitting the virgin muscle. 2nd week or 10 days, injections were smooth as silk, no lumps or bumps. I have had zero acne with the additional oil.

I am surprised at the E2 and Prolactin numbers. I was a little tender and puffy on the nips after the 2nd or 3rd week, even with taking 12.5mg of EP Aromasin every other day or so. My RBC, hematocrit and hemoglobin are a little high, but I do live at almost 6,000 feet in elevation, which has an effect on those numbers.

Back and Biceps!

This is week 7 of a planned 8 week bulk cycle. I am going extend a couple of weeks to make up for the shitty start I had. Our grandson passed on the same day I started this run and I was struggling to keep my shit straight plus everything and everyone else going. Our kids were in horrible shape, my wife was a wreck, tough times for all of us. I didn't want to put that out there then, didn't feel it was the right time or place. I know I have mentioned a few times in my posts that we had a health issue or whatever. I said I had a fit of rage and cut back my gear dosage. In no way do I think it was the gear, I need to clear that up if there's been a question about that... That's part of my normal grieving process - I skipped the blackout bottle of tequila this time and stuck to the weights, half assed or disengaged, but I still did it. This is my typical response and my inability to share the important stuff - same ol' Coffee...

I do have to give special thanks to @Vision for his support and kind words. This guy dropped everything and called me to lend support, an ear, whatever I needed, he let me know he was there if I needed anything. @Doug 64 same for you my Brother. I know you were packed and ready to roll. I felt the vibes you and the Mrs. put out and I have to say thank you to you too. I have an empty hole the size of the Grand Canyon in my heart. You guys helped make it smaller.

Obviously Quest fucked up the E2 test numbers. It should be reading 322...

Hit the back and arms today. Had a strong regular set, 1 minute rest, slow and controlled movements. Focused on mind muscle connection and perfect form. I think I'm finally getting back in the groove. I finished off with a Bicep / Tricep superset - 3 sets of 50, no rest. Only 15# dumbbells but fuck what a burn and pump!

Tomorrow is a rest day - I'll do a superset of something, not sure what but I'll figure that out.
