Back and Biceps!
This is week 7 of a planned 8 week bulk cycle. I am going extend a couple of weeks to make up for the shitty start I had. Our grandson passed on the same day I started this run and I was struggling to keep my shit straight plus everything and everyone else going. Our kids were in horrible shape, my wife was a wreck, tough times for all of us. I didn't want to put that out there then, didn't feel it was the right time or place. I know I have mentioned a few times in my posts that we had a health issue or whatever. I said I had a fit of rage and cut back my gear dosage. In no way do I think it was the gear, I need to clear that up if there's been a question about that... That's part of my normal grieving process - I skipped the blackout bottle of tequila this time and stuck to the weights, half assed or disengaged, but I still did it. This is my typical response and my inability to share the important stuff - same ol' Coffee...

@Doug 64 same for you my Brother. I know you were packed and ready to roll. I felt the vibes you and the Mrs. put out and I have to say thank you to you too. I have an empty hole the size of the Grand Canyon in my heart. You guys helped make it smaller.
Obviously Quest fucked up the E2 test numbers. It should be reading 322...
Hit the back and arms today. Had a strong regular set, 1 minute rest, slow and controlled movements. Focused on mind muscle connection and perfect form. I think I'm finally getting back in the groove. I finished off with a Bicep / Tricep superset - 3 sets of 50, no rest. Only 15# dumbbells but fuck what a burn and pump!

Feeling really strong, lots of energy and I'm positive. Trying to keep my weights in line so I don't blow a gasket or a snap a rubber band. This week has a great start. I've added a decent amount of weight without dropping reps and in some cases I still have room to add. Tomorrow is a rest day - I'll do a superset of something, not sure what but I'll figure that out.

DB Skull Crusher - super set with Hammer Curls - Rich Piana suggestion. I couldn't get the 100 Skull Crushers but will work to it.

Heck of a pump today guys, felt great. You guys working through shit, try to keep some of your focus and chin up. It is hard, but it gets better over time. Don't let the darkness take control. Keep slapping the iron around!
