First of all, a big thank you to @Vision and the PSL Team for choosing me to run a “Blitz Cycle” using 100% Euro Pharmacies gear. I will be running an 8 week lean mass / bulk program.

Apologies for the late start. We had a family health matter that took precedence. Trying to get motivated and back in the saddle. It’s been a tough few weeks. Vision, thank you for the kind words and your support through this.

I am 60 years young, 5’ 9”, 196 pounds, body fat is around 12-13% (You can decide and give me some feedback). I have been running a TRT dose of 200mg of Test C and 200mg Mast E for the last 12 weeks.

My goal is to add 10-15 quality pounds on this Blitz. As you can see, there is a lot of room for improvement. The measurements and picture show the story, I have a fair base and I want more size!

I will be running 100% Euro Pharmacies gear and pinning daily with the short esters:

50mg Test Prop
75mg Mast Prop
50mg NPP
50 mg Dianabol daily – weeks 2 - 6
12.5mg Aromasin – AI every other day

Since February 2023 through yesterday, Feb 11, 2024, I have been running a cutting cycle, even while on TRT. I started out at 193 pounds, 35% body fat and was run down, unmotivated, pear shaped, lazy, tired, out of breath, etc. I re-comped, switched my diet to mostly protein, primarily from meat. My workout routines were set, and I changed them up every 8 to 10 weeks so I wouldn’t stagnate. In my latest routine, weights Monday through Friday, cardio at least once a day for 30 to 45 minutes. Weekends are cardio only. I was running one body part a day per week – Thanks @Wiseguy – it was his workout I copied. I was running 4 sets of 15 reps on every exercise, lighter weight, slower and controlled reps.

My diet for the last year has been between 1800 and 2200 cals, 200 to 230g protein a day, the balance fats, and carbs. Christmas and New Years I kind of went off the rails, but kept it "somewhat" under control. Over the last two weeks, I have gradually increased my calorie intake by 200-300 per day. I will be bumping the daily intake to 3500 calories a day, 250 - 275g protein and the balance carbs and fats. My big question is seeing what I did in a deficit, will 3,500 calories a day be enough for growth? If not, I'll jump to 4,000. Any advice here would be appreciated.

My workout will be the 8 Week Super Mass Cycle posted by @XOTG85 - thank you! Routine is a mix of Muscle Overload Training and Volume Training. 3 sets of 6 to 8 reps, heavy weights the 1st week, 2nd week 4 sets of 8 to 10 reps with slightly lighter weights. I’ve always ran the high reps and lower weight routines, chasing that pump. Looking forward to seeing how this heavy weight / low rep routine affect my growth.

I started the workout on Monday, Feb 12th, and I am a few days behind on the log. I will catch that up throughout the today and tomorrow.

Yes - pinning that daily. Alternating points; glutes, hams, delts.
 
Pretty sure the first ever pinned delts was with there stuff. I used a 1 inch needle I think a 23 gauge. Pinned a cc if tren into one and a cc of t4 or t5 into the other. Dead center of the delt… I couldnt use my arms for a whole week 😂 rookie mistakes. I think it’s in my log somewhere. Looking back now it’s hilarious. Not so funny back then though
 
Monday, 2-13-2024

After a year of food restriction, it felt good to eat this much food to be honest! And, a little guilty at the same time.

Diet:
3506 cals
235g Protein
399g Carbs
106g Fat

On the workout routine, I Workout:
Incline DB Pres - 3x8 - 45#
Flat Bench - 3x8 - 175#
Decline DB Press - 3x8 - 45#
High Cable Crossover - 3x8 - 35#
Incline Skull Crushers - 3x8 - 65#
Rope Tri Pushdowns - 3x8 - 75#
Dips - 3 x 6 - body weight - shoulder still sore on this movement.

Felt odd with low reps. Got a good workout in and again, felt guilty because it was so short! May have to slow down the reps to get the TUT going.

You probably didn't whine like the bitch I was when my leg swelled up on a bad pin sequence. But, I did gain fucking mass!! Lost it all 2 weeks later...

a few months ago, I tried pinning the quads and delts with my TRT doses. I didn't have an issue, but it was only 1cc total in each pin.

How's the new gym working out?
That gym is great - I get there once every 2 weeks. It's 2 hours away and is the closest real gym to me. I hope to get there at least 2x a week soon.
 
Tuesday - Feb 13

Workout was Back and Biceps, Really good set, had a good pump.
BB Rows = 4x8 - 170#
Wide Lat Pull Down - 3x8 - 135#
Cable Rows - 3x8 - 135#
Incline DB Curls - 2x8 - 40# and 1x6 - 40#
Seated Hammer Curls - 2x8 - 30# and 1x10 30#
Concentration Curls - 3x8 - 25# - very slow and controlled - almost to failure

Diet -

wow - I hit 4012 calories... 224g protein, 463 carbs... added the PB&J sandwiches!

Wednesday is a rest day...not sure I'll make 8 weeks taking 3 days off from lifting each week. maybe I can throw heavy enough weights that I'll need it!
 
Wednesday - update -

Rest day, but first day of pins with Euro Pharmacies gear.

50mg Test Prop
75mh Mast Prop
50mg NPP
20mg DBol

Smooth injection, no PIP and I felt too much energy for a rest day...
 
Thursday's routine was Legs and Abs:

DB Squats: 3x8 55#
Stiff Leg Deadlift - 3x8 - 175#
Calf Raises - 3x8 - 55# DB
Leg Raises - 3x20
Weighted Crunches - 3x8 - 25# plate

Pinned quads, split the dose between them:
50mg Test P
75mg Mast P
50mg NPP
20mg Dbol

I feel like I need more exercises. Dbol mixed with 3500+ calories is giving me a lot of energy. Going to have to add more to the workout.

A little junk in a bulk isn't the end of the world. Might want to dial it back just a little though 😅
 
Brother on behalf of the entire team, obviously the other representatives have been extremely responsive and showing their appreciation towards you.
We've talked privately, and I've expressed my excitement and overzealous enthusiasm for you.
Looking at your log thus far and how much you put into it especially with the intro is absolutely stellar.
I don't say this often, but truly this couldn't go through someone who was more deserving.

If you want to start on that diet, with adding or subtracting some things let me know brother and we can bounce some ideas back and forth.

Just know that you have an entire team behind you, literally an allegiance of people that will stop at everything and anything to better assist you.
