If you ordered W2 my personal experience for eta is 30 days. I don’t put much credit into the tracking numbers they are always like 48hr behind. I absolutely love the W2 avenue though. It’s awesome!

Sound like business as usual with no problems -- if the order status is "processing" then your payment was already received and confirmed -- now we wait for the warehouse staff to pick and pack the products, then hand them over to the postal system (once shipped, the order status will update to "order shipped").
