Damn Z what’s up man did you get some bad news? I know none of us knows what you’re going through so it’s difficult to have any of us tell you to keep pushing forward. I’m a weird way that’s all of us trying to encourage you… but only you know the situation buddy.

I’ve valued our talks over the years and our check ins. You’re from the old country… I wish more were built like you. Sadly that’s an era that isn’t around much.

God speed Z. You know I’m here for ya whenever and for whatever. If there’s something I can do you let me know please. You know I’ve seen younger guys come at Z in a very aggressive way… Z has always handled it like a champ. Some didn’t know how to take him while some thought he was coming at them. In reality nothing was farthest from the truth. He was just there helping but doing it his way.

I think a lot of older guys and many of the younger guys have always and will always look up to you Z.

Travel light and travel well my friend. Some of us will see you on the other side

I'm not alone in this..You guys have pulled me out of some impossible times in my recent past..and for that I'm..Honored..!!

My girl and I have come nearly full-circle with my medical situation..
Now...
We are trying for the best quality, not a long drawn-out plan that will have me strapped to machines for longer than I should be..
Clearly, after seven long hard years, this won't just go away..it's gotten twice as bad..I have 2 C's now and "not one step " in the right direction..
Quite Simply...if fighting it will reduce my time here..WHY..???
BUT...
IF..There’s a slight chance..1 in a million..
I'll get in the Ring..

It's not just the two...it's a stomach issue that's nearly got me twice this yr..and the neck nerve damage..and several traumatic head injuries..

We are looking at everything, labs, bloods,PSA....nothing is being dismissed at this point..I feel that something overlooked early in my diag..and those numbers we have crunch...

My hats off to anyone who stands against a foe so determined to control your Life..So,scary to face...No Guarantees...run that shit in your veins...
My hat is also tipped to the one's that ignore It...and go about their normal lives, until they Can't..
The Decision is a joint family effort...in our house..Judy will tell me when, I've had enough...I could never quit on my own..and I'm sure at that point, she would be the One who's suffering far worse than I..

Scary part...we never know when this will turn so south..today..tomorrow or day after..
Maybe 6 months...
Or, it has and we don't know it yet..

But...First day in two weeks..I feel good..
So..the Battles rages on..
BTW..started down the Narcotics road..another failure..!!
But..going to crawl out of this damn bed...Yet Again..and spend some Quality time with my pup and girl..

I've flamed a few, back in the day here..been made a real fool of various times..but never banned..!!
We all like to think we've helped..someone somewhere..or shared a point of view..that stood out and was noticed..
Or
Just focused on one at a time..and helped that way...lay some ground work, a solid foundation and inspire..
That educates,encourages and strengthen OUR forum...from the inside..out..

Take what you need..Learn..Improve..
Then..Give Back..and give More than you ever Took....Simple..

Well we tried a super mild pain med...trying it against my hardest times..so far not even a dent...
But...that doesn't matter...
Eat Right..
Get needed meds that actually work..
And back through those gym doors...
October was a great month..things were starting to take-off..and a bump in the Road..
And 15 days of November are gone..

This is month....food=pounds
Modification...
Smaller portions to increase appetite and more protein added..
Cutting constantly processed foods out..
Looking at higher end hydration products..
Hammer..ect..Eat...

Any one pushing high end stuff..
I'm looking at other/better options, and Cutting the sugar in Gatorade and pediàlyte..

Epidural went very well..YEA..!!!
