Off Season Log

Progress wasn't as insane today as the last two mondays, but the added set per movement made up for it.

last weeks low was 215.4 which is about 1.4 lbs up from the prior weeks low. Feeling good about the progress so far.

Forgot to update last week but got all the work in and had a killer shoulder/arm workout friday.

I realized strength issues were coming from hitting the gym to quickly post pwo meal.

legs today, lower back is tight as hell right now

Leg press (Damn near shit myself when I couldn't get the last rep up)

Between catching a cold and lower back pain it wasn't the best workout but still improved on most if not all lifts. Skipload yesterday moved from 200g to 300g carbs for two meals with 15 and 18ius respectively. Looks like the 18 did the trick as bg was 96 prior to first meal back on base diet.

Moved to 3 sets today and fuck it was rough but great

Energy is down from sickness but strength is still good, workout too about an hour and a half which isnt out of the norm for three sets.

Got my first show for next season picked out, second show will have to wait till the schedule drops and a third is dependent on which second show I do and how I place.

Two is doable. Unless they are super close...Three is nuts. :)
The first two, should be back to back weekends. If I take the overall in the second show its JR nats the same month so it won't be TOOOOOO bad. Plus I think this will be my last run at shows for at least 2 years and I want to make the most of it.

Do you run your Estradiol crashed for all your shows? That sounds rough.
Last show yes. I think starting at 4 weeks out I was taking .5mg adex a day. Partly because when we added tren in my nipples were on fire even with 20mg nolvadex and 4x .5 adex a week.
gunna lose a bunch of size. idk what size hes gunna wear once xs is too big :(
Onces XS is too big I'll start asking you to send me some clothes.
 
Pretty solid workout. Worked around the back successfully and the sickness and lack of sleep didn't affect tooo much of the workout. Ready to start feeling better though

Felt the lack of sleep catch up to me in this workout. Decent pump and hard sets just no energy for it

Deload this week nothing exciting going on. Hungers been through the roof which seems to happen every deload.
Why do you think that is? You'd think with more activity, you'd be more hungry. What am i missing?

I think its a combo of things: Skipload has been lowered I believe the past two deloads just due to circumstances. I also think base diet calories are pretty low which causes recovery issues when moving to three sets per movement. So when i'm deloading my body just wants fuel to recover.
