Get Shredded!
I’m a 37 year old male and am over weight. Been trying to loose a lot of weight over the last year or so. I dropped from 350 down to about 260 in that time. I felt like I lost a lot of strength and muscle so have begun taking test to help with my muscle gain. I added clen as well to aid in the fat loss. Have been pretty happy with the results so far.

Was curious what you guys would recommend to someone who has a lot of body fat to lose. I am about to do my second round of blood work now that I have been taking test and to see if I need to add an AI at this time. Test is 250 per week. Clen is 100 daily.

I will attach my original blood work before starting test. Thank you soo much for the assistance and recommendations.

If you're happy with the results thus far, just keep doing what you're doing. What does your diet look like?

Almost 100lbs in a year your doing great. Keep up the hard work..

Thinking? Did you lose the weight by diet alone or are you in the gym too regularly?

I try to eat about 2500 cal and 250 grams of protein. Usually just cream of rice with protein powder for breakfast, chicken and rice for lunch and dinner. But I do have a few days a week where I get sushi, pho, or a burger. But I try to keep them at a minimum and my friends have to persuade me into partaking. I definitely don’t do enough cardio.

Up until a few months ago I would say it was 80% diet, 20% gym. As of lately I have been more focused on gaining strength and muscle while still losing fat. My weight has gone up from my lowest, but visually I look a lot leaner.

Good job big dog! I'm in a similar situation and it feels so much better on this side. My knees feel so much better down here at 210 compared to 290. I sleep better. I fuck better. Literally everything's better.

I've messed around with my trt dose and honestly feel better around 150-180 than I did at 250. I was getting a bit of ed at 250 and I think that's because of high e2

You're crushing it DT! Keep pressing onward. What is your ultimate goal? I would suggest maintaining your course until you get blood work back then circle back to this thread with an update.

That goes to show you diet is 80% but that extra percent you put in the gym will show. If you do run a cycle stay on top of your blood work and blood pressure. It will sneak up on you. Never hurts to regularly donate blood as well to help with BP.

You need to thank yourself for doing this before 40..!!
Most notice changes in the body around 40,and every 5 yrs after that..
The better shape you're in if something goes sideways, the better chance you have Fighting it..

I know this better than Most..!!

Props to you for changing your lifestyle.

A bit of constructive criticism: stop using clenbuterol. I think it’s too dangerous for where you’re at right now.

What you should consider here is that time and consistency is your difference maker.

Everyday you are at the gym you are competing against who you were yesterday.

Continue experimenting with your nutrition and continue making progress in the gym and you’ll achieve your goals.
