Yes he does. It is really eye opening to me actually. I would have never eaten this much if I was doing it myself. I guess this is why he has the reputation he does of putting size on people.Looking good.
Justin puts that food to you. I like it!!!
I'm most impressed with how much weight you've put on while hardly putting on any fat.Yes he does. It is really eye opening to me actually. I would have never eaten this much if I was doing it myself. I guess this is why he has the reputation he does of putting size on people.

Unlike you, he got fat. lolI heard that on his live the other day.
He pulled his shirt up on that live, and he wasn't fat.. Still had striated obliques. And his belly was round as fuck. Full of food but solid abs.Unlike you, he got fat. lol
Can't wait to see your peak weight. Gonna be epic.
r u his gf now?i just asked Justin if he is still comfortable with my body fat level. I feel like a total fat ass. And my pics this last week compared to six weeks ago make me want to cry. I know i'm carrying a lot of water, but I look like I've gained a substantial amount of fat.
l can see how you came to this.r u his gf now?

why?Decided to change my training split
You sure that's a good idea moving to a bro split with less volume on such high calories? I mean you're a bit worried of fat gain right? Not sure what happened today. Decided to change my training split halfway through my workout so i'll be scattered all week getting all my body parts in. I'll figure it out. Going to drop down to four days a week training and get somewhere between 10-20 working sets in for each muscle group. I'd like to play with hammering a muscle group each day and letting it rec
Justin only takes care of my nutrition. He will answer ped and training questions, but he has the mindset that all training styles work as long as your intensity is high.why?
your coach is not handling your programming?
just your nutrition and suplements?
Volume will remain the same over the week. The only change is frequency. I'll be keeping the volume moderate to high and incorporating more exercises each day to hit the volume number. You sure that's a good idea moving to a bro split with less volume on such high calories? finally a good ideanever hammered a specific body part and let it rest a week before hitting it again. I've always felt best when rest was a priority so I'd like to see what this feels like. Tell me I'm stupid..?
Woah woah woah... By hammering a body part, I don't mean doing dips with four plates.finally a good idea
o u meant using a tiny little plastic hammer and hitting it 300 timesWoah woah woah... By hammering a body part, I don't mean doing dips with four plates.
THIS!! You know how I like it.o u meant using a tiny little plastic hammer and hitting it 300 times
Not stupid at all. Hope you didn't interpret that I was implying that in any way.Volume will remain the same over the week. The only change is frequency. I'll be keeping the volume moderate to high and incorporating more exercises each day to hit the volume number.
I've done the low volume high intensity style, and now have some experience with the high volume high frequency, but never hammered a specific body part and let it rest a week before hitting it again. I've always felt best when rest was a priority so I'd like to see what this feels like. Tell me I'm stupid..?
No, I didn't at all. I just respect your criticism. So if you think I'm hindering progress in anyway, I'd love to know. Not stupid at all. Hope you didn't interpret that I was implying that in any way.
You know what you're doing.
